Well if you knew why they have changed the format of the log book then u would know why it wont be accepted. Its the same principle as a shopkeeper refusing to accept an old style £10 note, its official currency but no longer accepted.

Sorry to burst yor bubble pal but this aint a matter for small claims court and if it was to be appealed its not worthwhile financially, Small cliams is only for making claims for money and its not worthwhile for this type of case, It costs approx £90 to make a claim in small claims court and the maximum ammount awarded will be the ammount weyro had to pay in fines and recovery etc IF his appeal is successful. before he can even try to claim the money back he has to appeal agaisnt the convction and win the case which can cost thousands in legal fees and then he can take it to small claims to revcover the money he paid in fines, legal aid is not available for appeals against convictions, I deal with these type of matters at work on a daily basis H_D

I run 1.2 bar daily on this ecu and i tunred it up to 1.4 for 1 dyno run in the past and had no issues it made 196bhp on a ct9b

You will notice more responsive steering and better exit speed when coming out of a corner it feels alot more tamed

Awsome ECU it gave me better resuls than the blitz, sard and JAM ecu all were tested for approx 2 weeks £400 is way to cheap IMO. i wouldnt sell mine for a penny less than £600
