lovely build mate! Little red bandit is most savage micra ever built IMO i remember seeing that at TOTB many years ago and the way it slewed some bigger cars was f*****g nuts didnt lillte red bandit have the full running gear?

best thing to do is get it on a ramp and check for loose bolts look around the wishbone area and steering rack mounts as well as droplinks and the ARB could also be the engine and gearbox mounts

you dont need to knifedge for 300bhp - just make sure you get it balanced and like idrees said dont grind it unless if its required

5 mins sounds abt right in this weather however it can take a tad longer in the winter

your right about the discs on the front as the abs ring is on the C.V but you must get the abs ones for the rears

if you have abs you will need abs discs, i usually use bluprint discs with sard pads and they do the job nicely.

Redex is just a fuel system cleaner. Whatever you do, do not flush your engine as the deposits can block your sump strainer which will restrict oil flow causing further damage.

Knifedge cranks are not as strong as the stock ones,

i had a full respray almost 2 years ago done by custom creations in leicester, The painwork is still mint today and they have the cleanest sprayshop i have ever seen in my life, u wouldnt find a spec of dust in there and i would reccomend them to anyone, PM me if you want there details,

I have heard many horror stories about flushing 4efte engines the deposits can block the sump starainer causing a your block to cease up due to lack of oil flow and pressure
