  1. If you ran the chargecooler pipes to a seperate radiator in the front of the car it could work. I looked into this on my old almera build. Not a lot of pipework and a good efficient cooler would work well. Problem is though you will be running a second waterpump (electric) and plenty of extra pipework for coolant and air. More components to go wrong and quite expensive.
  2. To be honest I don't have a clue what the fuel pressure is. All I know is on idle with the vac pipe on it runs around 14.7 afr. When It comes on boost it runs somewhere near 10.5afr. Also when cruising it sits nicely at around 14.7.
  3. Iddy u wanna pm me your price? Cheers
  4. Your oil pressure can be up to 80psi when at high revs. Don't forget your taking oil directly from your oil filter housing.
  5. Mine is running 0.8 and pick1 has been out in it. He says its brutal compared to his td04. Hour is running emb and I'm on a standard ecu. Is it black smoking a lot under boost? Could be running insanely rich.
  6. Does any one know where I can purchase caliper seal repair kits? I've got two of funny onions spare calipers and they need new seals. Even a Toyota part number would be good. Cheers.
  7. Be warned, inside that adapter that's mashed up there is a restriction. Its to prevent your turbo blowing its oil seals.
  8. To be honest, when you get all the parts together than get some one to do all the work for you, you may as well go and buy a glanza. It will be cheaper. Either that or get your self a gt.
  9. The two small gague wires going into that box are the lock anf unlock signal wires. They use a negative pulse (to ground) to either open or close your door locks. I believe the two wires are the green with red trace and red with white trace. But yea you will need a new/another box. Give kurt a ring from near barton he is breaking a mk3.
  10. @nick what sort of price are we talking about for just the manifold and downpipe/screamer? Just for those looking to upgrade our toyosports manifolds and downpipes? Same question to Ricky too.
  11. After jae would be good for me and charl too. She Is working shifts up to the 24th of this month. Ee would be up for it though.
  12. Not sure on top speed but in my friends supra twin turbo, got to about 190 ish. Was silly quick. Even worse as a pillion on my friends hyabusa 180ish mph.
  13. What u think to the powerflow exhaust? That was birdmans old exhaust off his glanza. The arc is charls old one too. And it has abs!
  14. Is there a map already on this ecu? Or is it a blank ecu?
  15. Not to be a thorn in your side or anything but it is a legal requirement that you report the accident. It can sometimes backfire on yourself if you don't. My grind had a black smx strange things only having 3 doors and a boot lol. I'm sure you will get it sorted though.
  16. As above, a hydralic handbrake relies on the seals to be 100% at all times. This can't be guaranteed as every hydralic system weeps fluid even if its a small ammount. Hence why you should never go under a jacked up car without it being on axle stands. Jack = hydralic. Axle stands = mechanical. Same principle.
  17. It is possible, but you will need a mechanical handbrake for mot.
  18. My mate attempted to take a video in my car and I launched that hard his camera stopped filming.it span 1st, 2nd and was scratting into 3rd. :s
  19. Td04l toyosport mani set up and japspeed exhaust, running 0.8 bar with profec b spec 2. My friends suzuki drz400 A random sv650 kept with it till pretty fast mph lol Mazda mps Subaru wrx Corsa Vxr Seat leon cupra fr Not a lot more really.I think most people are aware of what our cars are around where I live.
  20. True readings are always a good thing ;)
  21. 26th sounds good to me. I've heard that td's rolling road is quite harsh with the readings. So if your cars pull well on their dyno you won't be dissapointed.
  22. I run a air filter on my td04 set up with no bov or d/v. Pro's and cons to d/v's. Some say it helps the turbo by allowing it to spool quicker by not slowing down. Some say why run a d/v at all? I can see both points of view. The way I see it is if you want to do it properly then your d/v should not allow any chatter. If it does its either too tight (spring) or the hole/gap the air passes through is too small inside the d/v. Each to their own I suppose. For me though its gotta be chatter or a big ass bov like a turbotechnics race port or tial bov.
  23. I'm game. Wanna see what mine actually pulls on the rollers. 1) Flaminsam Get your names down peeps.
