Personal preference really and depends on budget. If you get a mani with a TD/VF flange you can swap and change between turbos and find one which you like. Been in a few different setup starlets and the VF24 is a happy medium id say. Between power and spool, but have to run fairly low boost due to the BB. TD04 been done to death, good results. VF10, bit less power, better spool. TD05 16G, good power, bit laggy, pointless unless running big boost imo VF28, spool wouldnt be too bad on a well set up starlet, good power to be had, cant run massive boost due to the BB VF12, i have this on my own

Not an oem lsd but look through the driveshaft holes. If theres a diagonal pin then its just a standard open diff.

Just remember daft things like clutch cover bolts and the springs to hold in gear cables etc. You can use all that from your GT, cables are the same. Shifter will bolt down no problem.

You could use the GT stuff it will most likely be the same, ive never done an auto-manual on a starlet yet but done a S14. Would be a breeze on a starlet, most tricky bit would be drilling the holes in the bulkhead but the indents are there so cant really go wrong. Every manual EP91 on trade car view (in Japan obviously, UK or Japan should make no difference id of thought, they were all made in the same factory) that has a pic of the chassis plate says C140-01A.
