When you find a pair make sure you get the bulb holders with them as they are different to MK2/3 Its nothing major just a bit of an inconvenience lol

Can get em on ebay, demon motorsport do silicon reducers, i got one which was a 76mm > 57mm, there is a certain amount of give in them, also they clamp up decent with a jubilee clip If you shop about you might find an exact fitting one.

Maybe worth while changing the oil, see if it makes a difference, although as long as its not just covering up an underlying fault lol.

Could well be the diff bearings or possibly the input shaft bearing which i know a couple people have had start to fail, would be hard to say for definite so would need stripped and investigated. Best to get these things checked asap, have seen boxes ruined because of bearings collapsing as most use a plastic race. I take it the gear oil level is correct and not leaking ?

Yeah man they can be had for very little, especially if they are a big importer they will get good purchase & shipping rates etc. i would imagine, and its not hard to wind the clock back on a starlet, could easily be clocked but most imports ive owned have service history to back it up, but suppose that could be made up too as its all in japanese haha.

Thats normally meeeee! Haha. Although i only overtake if its safe. And only like being in front because of some scares in the past with idiots in front sudden braking for a claim. Also you get treated differently depending on what car you drive, so in your V can imagine people wanting to get by you just for the sake of it.

My 4paw box was a nightmare to re align, but then again i had left the transfer box on with both shafts in haha, heavy bastard. I ended up whipping the engine out attaching it all together and dropping it back in as one.

There was 3 different specs i think ? Was that long ago am not 100% sure. As James says just get one used send it off for a rebuild and happy days, basically a new turbo

Enzo who used to run UKSC was the supplier of them back in the day, dont think they can be got new anymore.

If i were you id do this !! R*SR is one of the best looking systems you can get, they just sit perfect, and they sound good aswell (once you get the midbox out)

Yet to see any solid proof, but there seems to be mad stories of them using 2 headgaskets and running 1.4bar on stock motors on piss water fuel etc. Hmmmm...
