  1. As far as im aware the Zisco harness is an extender and the EMB still needs wired into this, just means you arent hacking into the loom is all. I doesnt actually make an EBM plug and play into your ECU / loom. Please correct me if im wrong lol. Or ignore if you already know this haha.

  4. Evos are pretty hard to work on if youre not very confident with tools and cars, whereas a starlet is piss easy and any cunt can have a go. Clutch for example will set you back a good few hundred quid. Service parts alone are quite expensive if youre sticking to the proper schedule and doing them every 4.5K My work used to be Mitsubishi and the quoted time for big services was like 5 hours at 120 quid an hour + parts lol.

  13. Ive lost my standard turbo one :/ Do you know what pressure the JDM 1st gen one runs ? Or the JDM 3rd gen ? Ive both here and theyve different part numbers.
  14. Changed the VAC to the MAP sensor and its running a bit better.
  15. Ive just changed my knock sensor, the wiring is ok. I think it feels slightly better but i wont know until i get my fueling sorted. My new FPR is stuck at almost 6 bar haha fuckin piece of shit.
  16. Someones on the case but i need this asap so i'll pm you in a min flinty. Am not sure Charlie, am using a MK3 ECU so was just gonna try get another MK3 one. I doubt mine is faulty tbh just wanna try another and see if its any better.
  17. Looking for a MAP sensor off a MK3 GT. Its the sensor with the orange sticker thats held on the bulkhead with a 10mm just behind the inlet. Thanks, Dan
  18. Take the cables off the box and try select gears using the selector on top of the gearbox. If you can get all 5 & R then your problem is either the cables or the shifter.
  19. What car did the box come from ? Some jap EP82 N/a had a 4 speed box.
  20. In all seriousness if a rod fails it could cost you an engine and probably the turbo aswell, for that reason its not worth it imo. When it comes to things like this tried and tested is always better and quality control is in place for a reason. But then again they could be absolutely bang on.

  22. Could try a new oil pressure switch, it sits on the front of the block near the slave cylinder.
  23. I'd go with the FHE rods over the rice rods.
