A threaded insert. Run it through Google, halfords do kits am sure.

Drill and re tap could save it or you might need a helicoil insert in there aswell.

Righto, Threaded bulkhead pipes, air con, ignore. The next two pipes are fuel lines, i think the left one goes to the FPR and the right is ment to go to the carbon canister, or just vent it atmosphere / put a filter on it. Blue plug, air con or carbon canister, ignore. Inlet nipple, goes to MAP sensor. Nipple on top of throttle body, ment to go to carbon canister or something, just block it up. Left plug sensor, knock sensor i think. Next one looks like MAP sensor plug or TPS sensor. White sensor, dont think its anything important, probably an AC pump plug. Left nipple in last pic, goe

PCD adaptors would do the trick. Wobbly bolts might do 98 > 100. Other than that you could ask a decent machine shop.

Holy fuck Jamie thats a lot more than i thought That OBX one that Drongo is selling looks decent, there was also a modified 7AFE mani up recently that had a 4EFE flange welded on, looked like a good setup. And i know Dean@RW on here has made 4EFE manifold in the past that bolt straight up to a FTE exhaust. Plenty of options out there
