  1. Yeah, you can still use the MK2 boot though, it has the same cut out for a glow panel as the panel thats already on the MK2s is the same shape
  2. You could just buy a tidy MK2, i have all the exterior parts to covert to the MK1 look. Good luck with the search, sadly there arent many MK1s left let alone tidy ones
  3. I work in a dealer that sells Citroen and one of the old boys got me with that trick when i was working on an old saxo a year or so ago. I thought i'd fucked it haha.
  4. What about the EP85s that come with a RARB as standard, surely that a good thing ? Or is that a different set of rules for 4wd ? Just curious what the pros and cons are.
  5. Truth ^^ Euro is just a 1L Lupo, de badged, slammed on its cunt with a bonnet bra and a roofrack for no apparent reason. Fact. Those wheels on your car look nice, it is in no way euro though, just because they were originally off a 3 series or whatever. Infact BBS are made in Japland are they not ??
  6. As above, my pal had a VTS and had this happen to him. Ment to be a safety thing so if you roll it then the fuel pump cuts iirc.
  7. As said its more of a retro look rather than euro, as soon as someone mentions euro we all throw up lol. And was just wondering about the bumper really lol, unmistakable from that angle and they look spot on
  8. Did you buy Ross Wilkies old silver GT ?? Welcome to UKSO by the way.
  9. The wheels are ok, just dont do all that other gay shit that euro boys do, bonnet bras, roofracks, making things rusty etc. Also, you got a MK1 front bumper on your GT ?
  10. I just pissed myself Legend !!
  11. It would be rude not to provide this sort of information
  12. He is a wank. From what ive heared the guages were not very accurate anyway.
  13. Im having two Think the others are sold.
  14. The actual bare engine is the same, just the thermostat housing sensors i think. Use the MK1 housing. I had the same issue when i put a 98 spec in a GT.
  15. Yous are all nuts haha, i got a 'mountain bike' from a local, ehh, junkie tbh, for the vast some of 20 quid. I pedal it and the wheels turn and thats all it needs to do lol.
  16. Same here, there used to be hundreds up here with N***AHD.
  17. I hope it gone for good haha, it gets a bit annoying deleting hundreds of emails lol.
  18. Use paisley freight to ship wheels. Straight forward costs on their site.

I wish lol ^^ All the ones i see are drift sluts. Best of luck with the search
  20. Yeah i didnt bother with a crane at all when i took the engine out the GT, or even when i another one in
  21. Well thank fuck for that !!
  22. Thats a relief then !!
  23. The DVLA would have it on record if you supply them with the VIN, surely ?
  24. Theres one on TGTT for a GT, exact same process. http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showwiki.php?title=EP82+Engine+removal I havent had a good look through it but its fairly straight forward. If you are using a crane then pretty much disconnect the mounts, shafts, loom, matrix pipes, gear cables and vac lines to rack and rip it out with manifolds and ancillarys on. Leave the box bolted on and lift it as one. If you dont have a crane then its easier to take as much stuff off as you can and drop it down onto a pallet. Mind and drain the gear oil before popping the shafts.
  25. Ahh man thats pish, hope yous can sort it without insurance getting involved. N/a headlights are easy got ;)
