  3. f**k you's were lucky that ya spotted that im amazed how some of these companies making these bolts don't have tighter testing and pass eu tests when producing these

  5. another little update the GT got new shoes brock deep dish 14inch wheels car drives a lot better with the 14s compared to the 15s plus having no power steering its a help On closer inspection of my gearbox seems i do have cups in the box so just need a couple of day off and gather all the bits i need to swap the box out while im at it i might put a new clutch in
  6. this was the car was actually original same colour as your when it started out its life

  10. shes along way from wexford haha to be that clean an unabused had to be an old lad that owned it
  11. as above is the much power difference between the two of them i find the 1e very dead like trying to even take off it feels brutally slow i was going to check timing as i think its slightly off could just be me but looking to see if its worth my while picking up a 2e lump and sticking it in ive to pull the 4 speed out in the next few weeks and fit the 5 speed i picked up for it ive been told i can fit the 2e-e lump just mean i need to block up the injector holes and fit the carb setup instead but what way do i go about fitting the cam driven fuel pump drill out the head and fit the pump
  12. i stand corrected didn't think the 4efe pump flowed high enough to keep up with the 4efte lump ya learn something new everyday we swapped it as we had it there from donor car
  13. isn't a big job as Richard said parts you will need full loom dash and engine exhaust system turbo and manifold cat intercooler and pipe work knock sensor check your block first if you have the hole or ya will need to drill it to fit the knock sensor thermostat housing as has extra feeds for running water through turbo not essential but if ya can get it fit it injectors sump with oil feed return throttle body as turbo ones are slightly bigger or if ya can get a full inlet get it map sensor fuel pump starlet one doesn't flow fast enough boost gauge again not essential but ha
  14. injectors will fit straight in erm as for knock sensor i dunno you will have to check your block exhaust is probably different alright its been that long since ive worked on one but as as an upgrade an obx manifold are the way to go
  15. that's mental looking do they make them for the 96 spec aswell though
  16. sorted it figured out what i was doing wrong trying to use instead used
  17. few pictures of the new 5 speed gearbox all painted up and ready for fitting also last week was on a memorial run and got two great snaps of the car in convoy
  18. as above everytime i try to upload a picture i keep getting the same thing unable to use this extension anyone else getting this using photobucket to upload them
  19. afaik the injectors are different and inlet manifold from what i can remember the starlet wont run on a glanza s ecu for some reason
  20. had them in glanza fitted fine take 10 for them ill pick them up friday
  21. much for all them lad dash lights in gt are desperate and need some for number plate and sidelights
  22. cheers mate that's a great help i can see how its all done now so the feed pipe needs to be a hard line return can be softer piping then trip to the scrappy for me then so i may hut for a gt column though there scarce enough now theres been that many broke ep91 rack will fit as that's what i used in my white ep80
