  1. Finally, just over a year after the carhas been finished, last Saturday we managed to achieve what he had worked for all year long For the first time ever, a 4EFTE has made a 9sec 1/4 mile pass The trapped time was 9.89 secs There are a few more improvements that we need to make, but it is very encouraging that the car responds well. I hope we are an inspiration to all those who wish to go down this route as it is a great inspiration to us to keep going I'm sure you have seen the video on facebook or youtube already, but I've attached again below for the benefit of those who have not seen it yet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnY5MXzd6Z4 Any comments welcome

  3. Now fitted with a wheelie bar Need to maintain same power but get 0-60ft down. Hopefully the weather will permit for the RWUB event this weekend to take place fingers crossed!
  4. Car looks amazing Jamie Keep up the good work!
  5. The trust bearings are not the best like you say, but if you fit an aftermarket harmonic stabilizer the issue is sorted once and for all No idea of hp and torque, car has never been on a dyno..it's tuned on the track. We reckon it tops around 430bhp now

  12. Been a while since I updated this After managed a 10.3secs in the most recent 10.3 it was evident we could not increase the power on the car without doing anything else as we were getting immense tyre shake and it was even spinning on 3rd and 4th gears on grip juice. and so we decided to get some bigger tyres ..24.5" These are slightly wider and the tires stick out of the aftermarket fenders, so we decided to get some some in house This is the end result.. We got some new coilovers fitted aswell since the ones we had were gone, got the alignment done and off to the track. In the qualifying session, the car managed 3 times a 10.2secs pass, which we were all very happy about since it maintained s stable run and it didnt feel the added load on bigger slicks. Here's one of these runs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORSR74a53Qo&feature=share&list=UURei91wvWqvAGN5jfeEnh7A The next day in the finals, we come up with a RWD Escort running over 600bhp with a turbo the size of our engine But we dont really mind this, we dont race for an empty cup but always to beat our personal best. It wasnt a brilliant 0-60ft, only 1.699, but we improved the mid range with a slight mod we made and managed a new 10.1sec pass!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URvRYsDsEdA&feature=share'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URvRYsDsEdA&feature=share Absolutely chavved with this, needless to say, especially knowing that if we manage a 1.5s 0-60ft and getting the 2 stage boost control to work, then we would reach our dream of that 9 second pass We'll see at the next RYUB event in November, and then the 1/4 early December. Thanks for watching
  13. Efklidis, If this is being fitted on a diesel, then please do inform us as it will require extra bracing. Otherwise it will be fine. I replied to your email the other day, if you have any other queries do not hesitate to ask. Keith ZiscoPerformance
