    that 1 piston with the scratches is from dirt that got in the engine looks reusable but just check if there is no bits sticking out also them bores are very glazed and the 1 with the bad piston scratches is scratched all the way down ( cil 1 ) the nrs are stamped on the block at 12 o clock between the water ports section

    tap in an emanage then i would say u already have the high rev limiter just slap on a ct9 kit 295cc turbo injectors and get it mapped your engine is strong !!! im boosting a gi engine 10 psi ct9 no problem also stock clutch will hold that with other words turboing can be done very cheap in your case thats just my 2c

    by sound of it u never done it so not a first diy jobby affaik u need the proper measuring tools to to measure the new shims make sure to get a mechanic friend to guide/help you
