wel bit of an update on the ct18 setup it works ( HARD ) just as i thought it would . also its compound now on the air intake /compressor side as u guys told me thanks guys , boost it easy controlled now and much more stable on low boost ( oem actuators ) i am seeing 1.2bar !!!! ha ha ha ha :) but i have a feeling there not fully synchronised yet a tat more boost then the other and i think its due to it being a ct9a and a ct9 b slightly differnt size turbos so now i will need 2 adjustable actuators ( or go external x2 ) buy 2x turbo speed sensor kits ??? ( where can i get them cheap ?? and / or similar device ?? ) so this will be coming of the car again today till i have those parts sourced ( could be a while )

if im right the black bit with the lip o n is right behind the proppeler ryan move nut ( 3 ) to the far left and move nr4 to spot 2

hey guys has any ever used the apexi super ignition controller i am planning on running it with my pfc fcon setup ??? pros and cons ???

ecu could be fucked or wire broken between ecu and dizzy there a simple setup ( no external coil ) now recheck them wires ( coming from ecu ) while cranking and check the dizzy pins them selves to ( on the dizzy itselve ) there should be 1 wire ign ( i think ) that has power when ignition is on make sure the fuse aint blown in the cabin

if it is you could always bend a steel plate around it so it could only go down

i just cal it blanket i dunno the proper name of it but you can get wrap around hardcore blankets like they do around gboxes incase they disintigrate

so your going using the turbo core and compressor side and also keeping the center shaft ??? then attach a sprocket where the exhaust proppeler is supposed to be ??? if so i woud suggest wrapping it al in a blancket because if that sprocket cracks/flys of at suck high rpm it will cut strait tru the car

deffo not earth related with me i have heavy duty earth points in my bay if the earths on the iacv aint corroded with u guys then thats out of the question to

i have used them extra before the 1s in this engine i have used 2x if you do make sure the threads of the bolt are clean and also clean out the threads in the block make sure there empty you dont want them half full of oil giving false readings when torquing ( airgun and brake cleaner :)

yep just tighten up till there is no more up down movement on the spring if you tighten to much its going to get even harder / bouncier set the damper to softest to eliminate some of the bounce

every roller bearing turbo will njeed restrictor phil ( 1mm ) you can get a hose made up in an engineres shop that dose hydrolic hoses i payed 30e for my hose
