there hardy isnt any lag on a tdo4 lads !!!!! if so your in the wrong gear at 6000rpm the ct9 is stone dead loosing 1500rpm of pulling power

^^^^^ on a gt 7 psi max on stock feuling on the v some say just under feul cut but personaly never tryed on a v be safe and stic to 6/7 psi

i would trow away the old bearings and renew them its your choise acl or oem its a big price diference think its around 300euros + for the bearings in toyota

do it poor man style 4efte pistons on the he rods and just fit new 5efe rings with acl bearings

wel lads i am at another suspension setup and i need round spacers from 15mm to 13mm to get the starlet topmounts bolted to the m12 rods ( 13mm ) can anyone link me please i searched and searched but no joy i dont even know the propper english name for them :(

just fit second hand 4efte pistons to the 5efhe rods and of you go i did this 2 years ago on a tdo5 running between 1.1and 1.2 bar no isseus so a bar on td04 will be safe/good no need for al the forge bollox if your not going above it
