what model off bcc is it as some can be adjusted inside for the voltage cut with a screw knob

is your fly for a 4efte ??? could be that you need to space out your startermoter can you see marks on the backside of the starter theeth on the fly itselve ??

maybie they went oem lsd ( close ratio ) to a non lsd turbo box as they are totally diferent geared ( long gears )

same box drives the same its only 3rd and 4th gear that are a tat smaller geared not that much tho

so your going boosting a G.I very strong engine will hold 12 psi al day long ( im boosted on a gi block ) fit 4efte loom and matching sensors and be done then its just an ad on of the hardware ( turbo kit / exhaust / fmic / clutch fly )

yes bigger filter hole or 2nd filter my old can used to be 2 from rocker to the tank and 2 from the tank going to the intake between filter and turbo and NOT connected them 2 together as i see often happening -
i think its possible there deffo same length but you might have to use a bearing from the other box depending on year

an extra breather coulld probly cure your isseu , as now al the flow is being forced to your 1 small vent hole so airflow will be fast in there being sucked/forced out if there was more venting the oil will have time to drop before it reaches the holes as the flow will be les thats just my 2c flyn -
