    deffo need it back pressure in the block is no good it will blow the seals out etc if it was me id have minimum 3x an10 fittings pipes to get rid of the blowby

    are you sure because i have never seen blocks ( car ) before that cant be machined on aslong as the piston does not protrude the top of block your ok timing wise just fit a 2mm steel gasket if they are available for your 3 pot

    will be fine there are service marks on the blocks and heads of how much can be taken off aslong as the belt does not snap your ok

    im not familiar with them but aal pro coils i had the preload is only when the spring just touches and there is no up down movement of the spring having the spring squeezed makes for harsher ride i experimented on that on my d2 coils

    ya fit stock cap and empty half of the over flow bottle dont forget to fill up the rad when changing the cap if it still does it Hgasket afaik can check that by running the engine without a rad cap she will be blowing bubbles out of the cap
