    yep very common problem on starlets mine hasnt worked fro 3 years now i replaced everything and still dont work the funny part is when i disconnected the wire on the pump from its plug it lit up !!!! plugged it back in and wont work ha ha i gave up on it

    these plug into 4efte loom only !!! it plugs in between the 4efte oem ecu and the loom yes thats basicly it turn the dials and air feul ratios will change simple
