no man no bolt on /of part needs pulling out its also mot fail if they spot it because there is a wrinkle zone 2 inch back of there !!!!! its not the end of the world that it looks minor my glower was crushed much harder and that pulled out fine ( ish )

bend the bracket to the rear of the car its that that tensions it to spring open 1s the lever is pulled you just havent bent it far enough keep your lever up bend it till you feel it starts touching and pushing back out it works the same way on my gtt i checked

if the ct9 is fucked you can take the core out and weld up the main shaft hole so no burning oil can get in it just take compressor and the shite of block oil feed and return you will have mint emissions

the 2nd spring is usually for higher boost level in those kits like 10psi spring and 4psi spring together they make a bar etc etc

yup to much boost and ecu conked her out kid ut to high on the boost on stock ecu and injectors ( 0.5max !!! ) ecu will have seen lean condition on the sensor and an cut i bet if you do a diagnostic test you will get code 25 contineus ( lean ) condition turn her back down before u blow your 4efte kid

i sugest to use same size tb as your piping intercooler piping is you could use the stock 4efte 1 at 50mm i would keep pipes as small as possible without restricting

you could ( BUT ) it might not work and now u fucked your loom up for nothing try to de pin the connector so you can go strait from ecu to knock to figure out whats what there

from ecu plug mate depin the pin on the plug and run the whole wire to the knock sensor if it works then run it tru the firewall and tape it up on the loom dont be butchering your current loom till your certain of it

yes big difference in weight 3 kilo 4efe and 4efte flywheels are the same size its only the clutch mounting dowels are in a diferent spot for larger pressure plate

if it was mine i would say strip to bits every nut and bolt start cleaning clean the oil gallerys oil relieve everything pick up etc etc etc inspect bearings the lot very big chance you fit new pump without cleaning it that it will fail again

hey thanks for the link mark :) are you using 304 or 316 and short radius or long radius , and where did the ss flanges come from ? sorry about the questions -
o would measure and drill the holes so it bolts on then put a bonding agent on it to gets rid of the spoiler rattle

sounds like you didnt clean the whole internal block there where probably metal debri i the oil channels or you really over tightened the belt ??? ( don't think so ) other possibility is you starved the pump from oil on first start up and where running a tat without oil circulation until it pressurised ( blocked pick up ) ?
