trust me kid no spacers or studs or trimming of caliper required i have them fitted as long as u use them 2188 discs and get em cut down

buy the apec dsk 2188 get it cut down to 260mm and 1.5mm from inside pdc face nooo spacers or longer studs needed much safer option your 3mm spacer is to clear the caliper shit option

you test this with a very long screw driver down the plug hole hold the back end of the screwdriver and with other hand rotating the crank pulley left/right this way you can feel if there is play

yes i got some in september 2 abs disks and 3 cables al from blueprint for my ep82 120e for the 2 discs 30e each for the Hbrake cables L/R and 10euro for the T cable

ya but look up the service spec online or in a book of what it does hot cold and at sertain rpm etc etc there is more to it then just hooking the gauge to it

you can reuse the head bolts to i have on many occasions reused them for my stingy customers , BUT its best to get a new set if you can , buy them in a factors for 30e i think if your reusing the old 1s make sure al threads are clean and no oils in the block threads

ya go toyota an buy 1 there do not buy in the motor factors they blow i know im mister budget tryed a few of them ha ha toyotas hg are uber strong

use a genuine toyota head gasket only, dont waste your money on a steel gasket at a bar also head and block will need a scimm to seal the steel gasket properly stock gasket will go past 1.2 bar

you wont be able to run20 to 25 psi you need to go forged pistons fail at 1.2bar ( 17or 18 psi ) +- -
dont have to the center bolt is good enough to seal it but you could tap the 3 small 1s if you want , i didnt on my 5e and hasnt leaked in 5 years

unscrew the alan bolt in there and bolt on 4efte oil filter housing ( oem )
