Wardy Posted December 1, 2013 Author Share Posted December 1, 2013 Bit of an update guys! There were two major problems for me with the Zisco Inlet Manifold. 1. The pipe at the back of the thermostat which goes to the heater matrix pipe on the bulkhead wouldnt fit at all as the throttle wheel was in the way. 2. The throttle cable was not long enough! So today after lots of thinking and facebook messaging Rbz on here i finally done it! Now with the throttle cable attached and free from sticking So after this great success i decided to trial fit my Fibreglass bootlid from ID-Workz I also had a lovely package come the other day containing 5 Plastic windows from Plastics 4 Performance, Managed to get one trial fitted Fitted my manifold and Tial External Wastegate More to follow soon Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Wardy Posted February 17, 2014 Author Share Posted February 17, 2014 So got quite a big update again! So much has happened in the last few months Where to start.... I will start with the bodywork, I got the bootlid and my ID-Workz wings painted and had the rear polycarbonate window bonded in Heres the paint job Also had some lovely parts arrive from Zisco which included my 2.75" exhaust system, Powdercoated Fuel Rail and my custom strut brace whcih Keith made to order. Also i received these parts from RW-Developments which include the powersteering pot and AN10 Catch Tank, Top work! So far i got all the bits bolted onto the car apart from the exhaust which shall be fitted tomorrow! I will get some better pictures of all the coolant pipes in place tomorrow, Received all the Oils today and coolant so its almost time to fire her up after almost a year! While we are sorting the exhaust out i thought i would lake a few pics of how she sits with it on and lined up. FUCK DA POLICE! This is the problem im facing at the moment Im running the Tuning Developments TD04 Hybrid setup including manifold and decat so this is also a heads up to who ever has this kit and wants to go ahead with a zisco exhaust system.
