Chris Green
Awesome build so far. Keep it up. Cheers Iddy! Chris please stop, you're making me want to spend money I don't have haha. But seriously, AWESOME attention to detail. Looking forward to seeing this all coming together Haha Chris, how's yours coming along anyway? Cheers dude *droooool* my ep82 wants to be like your ep91 when it grows up. LOL Cracked on with the rear calipers tonight, I will say one thing, I never want to look at a fecking rear caliper again! Such a fiddly job to do.

Chris Green
So much attention to detail man, it pays off mate, awesome Cheers dude! Been quite busy behind the scenes with small things that are taking up a lot of my time. Prep work has been done and I hope to get the front & rear suspension built up this weekend. In the mean time I have have taken a few photos of things I've actually done, having been bothered photographing everything; but I will get round to it. A few shots in the mean time though. Mounting flange for the ITB'S arrived; which needed a bit of tweaking for the ITB's not to jam. Rear axle ready for mounting And gearbag shiming/tweaking going on also. Chris Green
Thanks mate, I'm from Northern Ireland, outside Belfast. Going to attack the gearbox again tonight and see how I get on. Will try and snap a few more photos of bits and pieces that are done.
Chris Green
Gearbox now shimmed & back together, ready for powdercoating. Last few bits & pieces ready for powdercoating. Some photos of parts ready to go back in. Arms with SuperPro bushes Top mounts painted up & bolts renewed - not entirely happy with these as the bolts won't tighten correctly and I've no access to get an Allen key on them, might revert back to standard ones, but powder coated. Wheel bearings renew with OEM ones. PAS rack fitted, new boots & track rod ends too. Also, brake bias valve. Hubs, Arms, Brakes & suspension assembled. Off the axle stands and out of the garage for the 1st time in 18 months.
