Mickey The Fish
I had the pleasure of going out for a little spin in this car early this evening, not only is the build quality and ingenuity of home crafted parts epic on it's own.But I have never been in a Starlet that is such a well tuned package and the Spool and acceleration from a 1.3 litre running a TD05 Turbo is just simply Mind Blowing, absolutely no lag.Plus it's not even fully mapped yet so can't imagine what it will be like when Rob has got it fully tuned.Absolutely lovely car, driven by a gentleman. We have got some tuning done too but only up to gate pressure for now 0.5 bar. Im not too sure on the power but as Mikey pointed out its still pretty epic lol The first pick is one of aaddzz123 Then I had a play with the tig again yesterday my welding is still not perfect but its getting there! All the bits cut and ready for welding together for the new expansion tank. Welded up New and old fitted Then just the new one! much more space! And thats about it for now!

Matt1878
Amazing work here rob! I'd love to be able enough to make bits and bobs for mine. That expansion is a huge improvement over the stock bottle.
5e colin
rob your welding is really good mate i wish mine was almost like that still have a long way to go to be anywhere near ha ha is there an advantage in running bigger tank ?
Rob H@RCH Engineering
It actually holds the same amount of coolant Colin with room for expansion, its only 2 1/2" pipe I did it more to fill the gap at the side of the rad than anything.
Rob H@RCH Engineering
Well after another trip to RDT it is now mapped!! there is still some left in it but for now I will settle for 256 Wheel HP.
