Been doing a little on the car today :)

Removed the other heat shield that will be taken Monday to be zinc coated :)

Oil temp gauge on :)

Also painted this and polished the top :) the blue is different and not the best because the colour of the engine bay so will be changeling the blue to black :)

Oil pressure gauge on :) not sure why it's red because on the box it says blue or white :/ not too much to worry about :)

Also the way the wiring is routed as standard does my nut in, I want to move the wiring loom from the bulkhead and route it so it's not in your face all the time, I'm not too worried about the fuse box, there is a whole at the bottom of the bulkhead was thinking of making that bigger and routing the wiring through there, we will have to see!

After some wet flatting and some cutting compound it looks like this!

Just thought I would try abit to see what it's like and comes up fairly well :) need to take it to have the fittings put on next week can finish it off then and get it back on the car :)

Alright mate, I use 600,800,1000 sandpaper (3m) then I either use a liquid or the bar for a cutting compound, with final stage liquid/bar with autsol last with different mop heads on the bench grinder, works a treat mate :)
