since 2004 I havent seen a single one of those dash top boxes pop up for sale here or on TGTT, yet somehow in a matter of 2 or 3 months you have located 2 of them.

I'm changing your username to Sherlock.

Phil.

Haha I'm sorry Phil, just my luck I guess. I'd swap you one for your passenger side footrest if you want though?

Rotas aamir? Why did you swap after all that work making them so unique ?

Well my car isn't going anywhere anytime soon and the ID-Workz demo car is almost complete so I gave them to Idrees. I'll find some new wheels in the near future although I think they are nice regardless of what others think :D

Update:

Anyway I decided to give the car a well deserved wash even though it wasn't a very good one ah well. However, the car runs a lot better than before no more idle hunting, misfiring or anything along those lines..

New TPS, MAP Sensor, Iridium spark plugs and idle control valve solved the issues!

Photos: (Please excuse the terrible photos, I'm not a photographer :p)

Well at least well know genuine te37 will look the nuts ;)

Yeah i bet they would mate but I'm not spending £500 plus on a set of wheels when you can get some which look identical for less than half the price!

Hi all,

Thought I'd update this pretty ancient thread, well during my holidays I didn't get much of a chance to work on my own car. I was too busy getting our demo Glanza and GT ready for JapFest 2 and JAE (had an awesome time and put names to faces which is always nice).

So you might have noticed but my cars always been at ID-Workz and I was pretty annoyed that I'd have to travel on a bus to go work on my car lol. So I thought its time to sort this problem so I emptied out my garage at home (which was a right tip) took me almost two weeks lol so I can get my car in.

All strapped up:

Outside it's new home:

Right so I cracked on with bits and bobs which I've been meaning to do for a long long time. Started of by underselling all four arches, I didn't get a photo once I'd done it like an idiot. Also I changed my passenger side wing as my old one had seen much better days.

null_zps56eb1df8.jpg

null_zpse1294096.jpg

I've also done the following:

-Fit passenger side Recaro

-Purchased EP91 Recaro Seats

-Purchased RSR Floor bar

-Purchased 98 Spec steering wheel

-Fit Dash Top box

-Fit clean box

-Fit armrest

-Fit new washer tank pipes

-New brake light bulbs

-Remove rear window tint

-Refresh power steering pump

-Fit new wheel nuts

-New indicator clips

-New Speedo cable

-New SR dials with TRD clock surround

What needs doing:

-Front bumper, rear bumper, tailgate and Livesports spoiler need painting

-New to wire the tailgate loom in

-Purchase silver tech indicator bulbs

-Purchase ID-Workz drilled and grooved rear discs

-Fix exhaust

-New Tyres

-Tracking

-Sort horn out

-Order number plates

-Pay for TRD short shifter

Waiting for a new shifter hence the mess:
