fremyjay
Looks weird but it is equally spaced as it should be between the being of the F and end of the L, i think the problem is the gap between the 1 and L is big but if it was any other letter im sure it would look fine SCIIFMLAs above looks weirdSCIIFMR Same spacing looks fine
Jamie5414
I don't think its a problem with legality (if you keep them), but it doesn't look right at all IMO, I'd get them sent back.
JamesD89
As long as the letters are all equal distance apart it is totally legal but agreed looks poor

iamlegend
he seems to think as it has the 11 is making it look wrong........ yes its legal but looks odd this plate is a USA sized plate...

kavan-k
If the F was directly below the S It would be fine
5T4R7ET N/A
^^ agree, the S is out of line with the F.Makes it look wrong.
Nick85
Agree the top line needs to come back a space for it to look good. So the S is centred above the F. The C is centred above the M etc. To make it look right to our eyes. However when you look at it closely it looks fine as all the spaces and characters are the correct sizes. It's just the 11 part making it look weird as the 11 takes up less space than say 61.
mccartney11
get a piece of masking tape, electrical tape or anything straight edge....put it along the F,take a pic to show its not line up and that'll be proof that the person who made it must have a lazy eye.... loguey
With the 11 being so small it will affect the alignment of the fml, like if you centre the text on microsoft word.So no its not aligned, but it is correct
morgey
its the L thats making it look weird. as jay said any full bodied letter in place of the L and it would look fine SCIIFML SCIIFMH SCIIFMM SCIIFMZ its the fact the second I looks like its hanging out of place but not its the L not having a top corner making it look weird imo Edited February 12, 2014 by morgey
dan106
Agree with morgey, the L makes it look uneven
