Guest Enzo Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 mint ive not been checking up much but thought you were selling this twice now.im glad you haventi remember watchin your ring video the other day and how you were getting overtaken by those vxrs.im dead certain if you added a rear anti roll bar and anti lift kit you would have been able to munch all over themwhat are the spring rates on the buddy clubs?also whats your plans with it now mark> Quote
Dean @RW-Developments Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 such a cool car bud keep on progressing Quote
NightSpirit Posted September 22, 2009 Author Posted September 22, 2009 haha!Enzo, came close and probably selling is the best option but I just can't do it when it boils down to it.Last year at the Ring and in general to be honest, I'm too forgiving with cars...this year I got used to the track a little more and when I take the EP again I'll make a better job of it. You can see from the video that I'm almost always in the wrong gear and never really push it fully. Tomorrow I have an 'event' at Rockingham, if the weather holds it promises to be quite interesting. It all helps improve technique. Quote
Bildo Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Looks great mate, nice to see you working on this again. Quote
NightSpirit Posted September 26, 2009 Author Posted September 26, 2009 Aside from removing the hangers from the old fuel tank I've run out of stuff to do now until I get some welding done on the car and the fuel cell made up! Quote

Idrees Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Nice job, how does it feel having the shifter up there? Quote
SiCaln Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 nice work man, very custom lolgood shift up there?can i come and clean your interior up please lol and spray it black Quote
Nanglebadger Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 hahahahahahaha PMSL at Si, dude u are so obsessed, i am SO PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!! SO VERY PROUD!!!!Phil. Quote
NightSpirit Posted September 28, 2009 Author Posted September 28, 2009 The shifter move was something I wanted to do ever since the engine went in..although I've not driven the car with it in that position it 'feels' right. Very much like a rally car with a long sequential shifter, the point was to shorten the distance for gear changes so until I drive it again I won't know if it's successful.Si, please PLEASE come and spray the whole interior black for me Quote
ste91 Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 You're looking young these days, can you even see over the steering wheel anymore? :harhar: Quote

NightSpirit Posted October 18, 2009 Author Posted October 18, 2009 I've taken the rad off this morning as I'm pretty much waiting on welding work inside now. I'm going to make a shroud for the rad to make better use of the fan that was cable tied to the core.... Quote
