  1. Most places charge around £15 to mix a can, I've had halfrauds paint and its been spot on. But wilcos and any motor factors that stock car paints should be able to get some mixed up. Other option, tried honda?
  2. Baaaahhhh
  3. Haha i hit this the other day, strange to think it took me something like 5 years to hit 1000 then less than 1 to get the next 1000! Lol
  4. 4x100 so yeah should be fine,
  5. they are just the standard toyota items mate
  6. Yeah shudnt be a problem Look forward to seeing it dude, its been a long time coming!
  7. Haha im dying to get a Ae111 96-99 i want a facelift tho 98-99 they look better but the blacktop 4age had thinner rods so these get replaced by silver top rods. Spent a lot of time reading about them so no most the issues either cars have, been into corolla's and 4ages since i was about 14 when my bro's mate had a corolla gti, thought it was amazing revving to 7.8k from an engine designed in like 83 or something like that!
  8. Yeah no problem dude, they are ever so slightly different in the spacing between the red and green is slightly smaller but tbh i think it looks better for it. Once i find out how much it is to send them ill get you a price will be around £35 delivered with paypal,
  9. Haha afraid not, im not made of money! I did have if fitted before but was on an old setup before upper brace and before the BC's so couldn't warrant it as it was on glanza 14's and some really low tanabes which i couldn't raise up so was easier to just remove it!
  10. I always try keep pairs. If one is really low and one half worn id consider buying a pair and keep the part worn as a spare incase of punctures etc
  11. Haha the gauges are missing both temp sensors but i think i can source them easily enough. Pistons not much good to you as there 82.5mm iirc and also need new rings Cusco brace, ill see how i get on with it scraping the floor first
  12. K reg will be AE101 so silvertop 4age, engine wise ST are pretty much bullet proof, just check for blue smoke, people tend to rag these engines so rings are prone to go sometimes. Superstrut, amazing when new but uk roads kill it and it costs about 1k to put all new bushes on as its multi link. The other option is to fit hubs brakes and shocks from a uk car with mcpherson style suspension. Scrappy get this for about £100 then new ball joints and bearings so maybe another £100 for them. This does mean suspension mods are cheaper a its far more common And unless its got a toms intake system try make sure its running stock intake with panel filter after market ones are fine aswel.
  13. Haha thats what i thought. Erm 4age hi comp pistons? I dont need them anymore or a pair of speedlines. I only really need 4 of them aswell haha
  14. Come again? :S
  15. Thanks chap Right had a quick round up of some of the stuff in my room atm most to get fitted when Yodel finally deliver my fuel tank! Bonnet - good weather Wheels - need to get my speedlines resprayed To be fitted when everything arrives Whiteline FARB and drop links Cusco lower brace Omori gauges oil press and temp water temp Sr decal set Front wishbone poly bushes Center armrest Waiting on Fuel tank Powder coated wishbones Omp rep wheel and boss Reflet crystal headlights Also found these hiding away in my chest of draws that i completely forgot about... Fully balanced scribed with weights 0.5mm oversized 4AGE 16v 11.5:1 hi comp pistons with shot peened rods for my previous build, also got the crankshaft pulley and flywheel to suit somewhere, good for 9000rpm +
  16. I would prob try stay away from that tbh, it looks like its been owned by a ricer so would prob have been ragged and not looked after particually well. For £700 i would imagine you could get a very good condition standard car Saying that, £60 shock (if thats what the issue is), £30 on new rear lenses, £15 on new indicators. New fuel cap and then get the springs put on it, it would be a smart looking motor I would also say I've never seen a universal backbox fit ep's very well, better off having a full system or a Oem replacement exhaust put on
  17. ^^^ when mine does this i close the page with ukso on it and reopen it on a new page. Usually works afterwards
  18. Think people need to vote for meeee
  19. Best i get myself to the job center....
  20. Yeah thats pretty much it, obviously remember to remove everything else attached aswel, unbolt the clutch slave cylinder, starter, cables shafts you might nee to slacken off the other bolt or the nutd on the other mount to give you a bit of movement minimising stress on the rubbers on said mount
  21. Oh this is just one of many things that annoy me at work, but its just one of the more ridiculous jobs. Keep getting told to hurry up with it but with no info its really hard to rush it lol
  22. Im sure we all get these. Im a tool maker, machinist etc call it what you want At the moment we've been given a fairly precision job to make a multipoint jig for another company but we haven't got any diagrams, we don't know what it is that this jig is being used for or what parts are getting machined etc at the other end. Now most of my job relies on technical drawings with a little bit of maths here and there an some off it off the top of your head. But this is just silly its like asking someone to make a spreadsheet for the annual sales of something and not giving them any figures to use lol Pffft annoyed rant over
  23. Cant really compare the 2 cars. 2 different leagues, lovely cars but they just aint as quick as i feel they should be! Id like to see what you do to it though. *Cough* "twin turbo" *cough* ;)
  24. Yeah was such a character to watch, i just like how the suspense was held for soo long after they went into candieland, was on the edge of my seat the whole time as soon as they met dicaprio lol
