  1. I would prob try stay away from that tbh, it looks like its been owned by a ricer so would prob have been ragged and not looked after particually well. For £700 i would imagine you could get a very good condition standard car Saying that, £60 shock (if thats what the issue is), £30 on new rear lenses, £15 on new indicators. New fuel cap and then get the springs put on it, it would be a smart looking motor I would also say I've never seen a universal backbox fit ep's very well, better off having a full system or a Oem replacement exhaust put on
  2. ^^^ when mine does this i close the page with ukso on it and reopen it on a new page. Usually works afterwards
  3. Think people need to vote for meeee
  4. Best i get myself to the job center....
  5. Yeah thats pretty much it, obviously remember to remove everything else attached aswel, unbolt the clutch slave cylinder, starter, cables shafts you might nee to slacken off the other bolt or the nutd on the other mount to give you a bit of movement minimising stress on the rubbers on said mount
  6. Oh this is just one of many things that annoy me at work, but its just one of the more ridiculous jobs. Keep getting told to hurry up with it but with no info its really hard to rush it lol
  7. Im sure we all get these. Im a tool maker, machinist etc call it what you want At the moment we've been given a fairly precision job to make a multipoint jig for another company but we haven't got any diagrams, we don't know what it is that this jig is being used for or what parts are getting machined etc at the other end. Now most of my job relies on technical drawings with a little bit of maths here and there an some off it off the top of your head. But this is just silly its like asking someone to make a spreadsheet for the annual sales of something and not giving them any figures to us
  8. Cant really compare the 2 cars. 2 different leagues, lovely cars but they just aint as quick as i feel they should be! Id like to see what you do to it though. *Cough* "twin turbo" *cough* ;)
  9. Yeah was such a character to watch, i just like how the suspense was held for soo long after they went into candieland, was on the edge of my seat the whole time as soon as they met dicaprio lol
  10. Yea it is, Donatello motherfuckers!!! Lol
  11. Haha "do to the old design" I meant "due", think im a bit tired
  12. Was watching django unchained at the cinema lol
  13. Get some pics of the shocks and springs up. You never can tell, but you have to remember youve gone from a big wollowy beast that rolls and floats over bumps with huge tyres to absorb shocks aswell, to a tin can with no weight thats 17yo at the newest so suspension could be old and worn out or do to the old design just how it is and you're not used to it
  14. One sets oem 2 are copies with added bump strip bits. Im keeping a copied set, unsure on the oem ones atm The guy can make other coloured ones aswell but need to have a word with mods about selling them atm as i dont plan on making any thing on them but he can do them for £30
  15. The cold weather will kill you mpg, every year my corolla's mpg plummets to low 30's atm its at 28 :/ shocking but give it a few more weeks and that will be back up to mid to high 30's
  16. Phones are band from my work, hasnt stopped me
  17. I've looked into this and what i can gather, Its nearly the same as importing from europe You need to buy the car, take it to the docks fill in forms pay some fees there ship it over fill more forms in maybe pay more fees. Then somewhere between all this it needs registering as a uk car so more money on doing this. Its a lot of hassle. Much easier buying from northern ireland lol
  18. Well I've just been watching some rallying thing on tv about colin mcrae n the speedlines he was using were just stickers so duno they must do both lol
  19. Naa the subaru ones are almost the same as toyota ones only thing i would say is they feel lighter like they were made of a different alloy lol
  20. Naa other countries got black ones, oz deffo does i saw a few when i was out there. Strange that someone imported one half way around the world tho lol
  21. If its the foam one then it needs cleaning and re oiling after so many miles i believe! If not they dont filter very well
  22. I got 14 4 are subaru fitment tho lol £19 is a bargain though!
  23. Yea the recaro bench is a fixed back, the 98 is split so find a uk spec or 98 spec breaking and ask for the brackets id ask for all 3 just incase theres a difference
  24. 98 spec backs are split so migjt need the extra hinge in the middle of them both, (uk cars are split aswel) the bottom bench on 98's have the 4 metal loops underneath that push into some rectangular plastic lugs. Not sure what system the 96 spec use there though
  25. I dont im afraid, i left my mate to sort it all out and scan it all into his system. I could get a better close up picture if that would help?
