  1. *2zzge but yeah all can be done. Was even an old member was considering a camry v6 swap lol
  2. It is doable without but you have to lower the engine right down then the sumps really low, my 4age has been in for 4 years now and its still fine. Been on track and the drag strip etc
  3. Dont think so, the spokes on enkies seem quite wide compared to mine!
  4. They look like a deep dish version of my wheels ...
  5. Yea i do, i actually started with one, was a flat bar welded to the rear mount, but it turned out so awkward to mount the front gearbox mount that i eventually cut it off. An if you plan on running a civic style rad you wont be able to run the front mount unless you are will to cover the stock lower rad pipe and move it closer to the passenger side. I will get some pics when im swapping my tank over and pm you Ps sorry for the thread hi-jack
  6. You are going to need to keep your old mount for the 4age swap buddy, just needs a poly bush in it ;)

    Paint jobs

I just painted a bonnet with a paint brush
  8. Yea i see i would expect that as i really have to force my engine back to get it too meet the mount. But im pretty sure your rear mount is the issue i know ep91's had steel mounts but not sure about 82's but thought they were interchangable. This might be your issue?
  9. Thats strange. Is that an alloy rear mount? Im sure mines steel! Also it looks to be out side to side not so much back and forward
  10. C52 or c56 wouldnt make any difference, the only thing i can think of is the bracket isnt as deep as it needs to be or the one under the car doesn't come out far enough
  11. Them LS2's are nice more people need them!
  12. This is what i was thinking, could be the mount in the tunnel is the incorrect one?
  13. Get some more pics up dude, are you using the same bracket as the one pictured or did the new box come with the bracket attached?
  14. Dam thats some milage, goes to show toyotas engineering Cant wait to see what comes of it. It would seem you have some fairly influential people close to you so i can imagine it has a good future. Heres another ep80 for some insparation from someone on fb, not sure if hes on here tho? Hoping that works lol
  15. X2 on both of what he said, your n/a is soo clean be rude not to give it the go all that show rightfully deserved ;)
  16. I have to agree with the ambers, it just doesn't quite look right for some reason. What colour are you doing the fogs i presume yellow? I dont know why but id like to just see some medium black tint on then :s lol shes a little beaut though mate really like it, nice and subtle and clean
  17. Tbh im quite interested to so how well this thing polishes up, cant say I've ever seen one properly cleaned up lol
  18. I've had to machine my hubs out to fit bigger bearings so i could fit corolla stub axles to fit c.v's to fit. I do now have to run washers under the hub nut but thats no biggie imo Problem is our hubs are quite small so you cant fit very big bearings and therefore limits the size of the stub axle in turn the size of the c.v joinr etc etc Which is probably why the DSS offer a new hub with there kit. Im sure someone was looking into billet alloy hubs, being the case these could be made to suit an up graded d/s setup on aplication but would make the cost rise as would new bearings and stub axl
  19. I never noticed my rarb but im on coilovers so maybe thats way not sure what your running? I've got a front one to test out see if that makes a difference!
  20. Yellow stuffs were good, needed a lil bit of heat in them but generally ok, was just the discs i had drilled and grooved n they cracked on track but for road they were fine Oh n 250 miles will mostly be motorway so you wont even notice the steering ;)
