  1. Yea ours aint big we do a few bits and peices for external work but most is in house for our injection moulding machines. I generally dont do any of the finishing work on jobs as if i was to cock it up its cost thousands out of our pocket. Working on something that can be cocked up by miss typing a single digit on the c n c is always fun :/ haha
  2. Lol i sence sarcasm... Its so boring i turn 1 knob and flick a lever once every minute until its done enough. Turn the part over and do it again. Id rather be on the c n c mill or lathe but cant always have things our way can we lol
  3. Well im currently using a surface grinder so I've got enough time to chat away and take pictures like so... Fun fun fun!!!
  4. Its a proper manual rack so it wont be too bad, mines converted and thats heavy but nothing unbearable. N im with shorty on this one I've driven 360miles for a set of recaros 220 for a gearbox etc Will be worth it!
  5. Hide, if its cold out ill climb up the racking in the back corner and sit on the net on my phone but with the excuse im looking for a tool lol n if its sunny go out the back door n sun bathe of which i have no excuse lol If im just filling in time whilst a machine is running for short periods ill be on my phone. But if we really aren't busy then chances are we'll go home early
  6. I'd almost put money on your car coming from norwich dude, number plate is so close to so many around my area including my own ;)
  7. My thoughts exactly, totes not jealous lol
  8. Shampoo Ultra deep shine polish extra gloss protection And the hd wax is pretty good on my black Tried meguiers (spelling) and wasnt overly impressed

    Oil temp sensor

Fair enough, thats a lot of £££ to risk. Erm im not to sure then, there isn't such thing as a deep well sandwich plate or anything?
  10. If its the chassis then i'd imagine a strut would help.

    Oil temp sensor

I've seen some fitted in the sump before, i was thinking about having mine put in there. But it depends on what sensor i get really
  12. I've had a squeek only since I've fitted my RARB and my rear light squeeks. I would say its most likely the boot catch or the chassis is just twisting. Had you got a rear strut in it?
  13. Inside, erm Catch on the boot (wrap tape around the pin the hook goes around) Catches on the rear seats or the hinges Parcel shelf If uk spec the rear brake light can squeek. Just go mad with a bit of silicone grease or get a mate in the back of the car and go for a drive down a "private road"
  14. They must be different to uk spec as my stock speaker wiring goes down the drivers side of the car. It could be optional extra amp if thats what you mean? Or just same thing different method. I supose
  15. Failing the bungs being missing. The bungs in the door area for the electrics might have popped off letting water in around that area
  16. Gota be done from underneath unless you have no carpet, you could prob see the holes or bungs even with it on the floor if not jack it up
  17. Worse case scenario, get it welded. But other than that got ya self a bargain!
  18. Yea one on both sides mate
  19. Im have to agree with that last comment, not being specialised in something does mean you dont feel as valued as others might. Its like of all the things i do the only thing that id say i excel in compared to anyone else is on the fork truck and imo anyone can do that. Where as the cnc or the moulding machines to know your way around them and to know all the ins and out is hard to learn as im always switching between all the different trades so to speak :/
  20. Under the floor is a rubber bung mine have fallen out so the carpet gets wet and my car steams up now. I doubt the drivers footwell would get wet from the heater matrix as its the other side of the tunnel
  21. This is pretty much my job in one. Im a C n c machinist Tool maker Tool setter Fork truck driver Picker/warehouse manager General matainence on anything from moulding machines, fork trucks, air compressor systems, water cooling systems, grinding machines etc etc u name it i have to have a look at it. Then do most the stuff on my car aswel altho i dont weld as I've never had anywhere to learn. I think you're more useful in smaller companies if you can do multiple jobs than if you only specilise in one area as if i was off and i was the only person to drive the fork truck then my place would be stuck without me. But since theres a couple of people who do my job then it means the place can keep turning when im not there
  22. You would need the interior plastics with the hole in them for the adjusters but they will fit fine
  23. Its the same as most things, if something sells well the price rises, thats how big companys demand so much for there stuff, i remember when you could buy BC coilovers for £530 they're now what £680?? They've covered their R and D costs so now they are just mugging people off imo, and why? Because people have said they are worth the money so people keep buying them!
  24. If you can wait, carbon goodies has some in the pipe line and his stuff seems top notch. So id deffo say wait and see what he delivers first
