awsome its always good to get some appreciation from randomers and when they turn up in an ae86 thats just awsome lol

So after nearly 5 years of ownership 4 engines 3 suspension setups 3 drivers seats and various other bits, countless hours however many £1000's spent I've finally got my car so a state where every time I get in it, and drive it it gives me one massive smile and huge amounts of confidence in the car. Its pretty much the car I've always wanted it to be. Then earlier I went to toyota for a few bits, including a new plug for my fan switch. So im trying to describe the part I need and as I dont have the chassis number I ask them to habe a look under the bonnet.... 30 secs later booooom 5 toyota mechanics swarming my car, one of them was like "i heard this swap was impossible" Its times like that it makes me really feel that all that time and effort has been worth it So anybody else had one of these moments??

I brought a gt one for mine and all I needed was the turbo brake lines, as it came with the hand brake cables, it was a direct bolt on fit The only thing I will say is the gt axle is deffinately narrower than a uk spec ep91 rear axle. I have heard that the glanza axle is 20mm wider than the gt axle, but I can't confirm this All it means is you will end up having inset rear wheels but some spacers can fix that!

None of mine are on there but can find a few of my mates cars at their places of work, altho they either dont work there or have sold them cars haha

I hit mine toward the dash top and bottom a few times then pulled it in the same places n it came straight off :/

Yeah I see what he means but if you were to use the the same figures as the power line uses then it prob would or be close too, but for what ever reason (prob to make it clearer) they used two separate sets of figures which means it doesnt as it spreads it out alot more Either way my peak torque is nearly 1k rpm higher than the stated stock specs.

Not sure tbh powers on the left of the page tho and torque figures on the right not sure if u missed that??

Tbf what he's done is a piece of piss, I had to machine (bore out) my hubs out to fit ae92 stub axels and bearings wouldnt have been any extra work to do it to fit celica ones. What a tard

Nice, ill have to shed some more weight and get the speed limiter removed to test the whole of 4th gear, to get it into the top 20 power to weight wise haha Still im happy with that

Yeah same here, n thats with this gearbox, im doing 97 n 3rd :/ a shorter box would work wonders and hopefully not drain asmuch power either!

There is a video in the media section but you dont get the full effect as its a flat out run, it really barks at 4k And yeah pete in his corsa, he with a bit more road he wuda prob came past but I wuda been at my speed limiter any way lol

hmmm dont tempt me anyway i havnt finished with it yet, lsd, cam's, trd headgasket and an ecu are on the wishlist + sorting out the stance a lil bit as the rear wheels are lost haha but if your generally interested i can always hit you up when i do think to sell it!

as by my usual standard of slackness, i have finally got round to uploading my dyno graphs so here they are finally and not sure if this one will work as i stole it from facebook but here's 2 of the latest additions to the engine bay... 75mm trumpets with itg filter which sound AMAZING ;) (fitted after dyno) and a TRD upper strut brace which could do with a bit of a refurb but its not that bad tbh. truth be told the intake sounds so good im getting the exhuast made quieter so i can hear it better

4age is n/a, maybe have a 16v or 20v feild if poss? If not dont worry. There is someone on here with a 4a-gTe which is turbo'd...

yeah Im guna borrow it for the campaign get a few trophies etc thats it deffo not buying this one. I just wanna see where there taking the story this time

Im not bothering with this 1 barely played the last two, just got bored of the whole franchise. Granted they are still good gamea tho

Could be residue water get it a flush with some fresh oil maybe a couple of times, when I put my engine in it kept milking up, after the 2nd oil change it was fine..

Still need to add 4age to engine selection
