I can vouch for the neighbours, having been at your house ;)! Not only does all this shit happen. One of them insists on staring at whatever you do in adams back garden... not just unnoticeable staring, but her dad once asked her to stop. I love my neighbours though, minus next door but one who hates adam with a passion !
