Actuator arm is too loose, as soon as its getting pressure its opening up the wastegate making it difficult to build pressure. Shortern the arm and it should sort it out.

He has a big hole in the intercooler pipe where the bov should be? Just block it and dont run a bov, sorted!

Microsoft Security Essentials, if Microsoft can't keep their own shit clean who can! In all seriousness I work in the trade and we use security essentials to clean virus infects machines that have other anti virus program's on that seem to miss things.

Yes they knock like fuck when they dry out, it will be the main bushings on the rear axel that the bar goes through, they need plenty of grease. I have to re apply 6 monthish to keep mine quiet!

Painting Garage Floor - Any tips? - Now Painted :-)
DavidAshton replied to DavidAshton's topic in Lifestyle General
Wow detailing world has some proper nice garages! I think this has gone from a quick floor paint to winter project garage! Going to do the walls white and get it looking all sweet! Thanks Rob -
After moving house about 2 months ago I have finally got the garage in a state ready for the car. Before I start parking it in there I want to paint the concrete floor to make it look better and get rid of the dustiness from the concrete. I have seen this stuff which is the colour I want and has good customer reviews. http://www.diy.com/n...?skuId=11218558 I have never painted a floor before, I am guessing it a case of pouring the paint into a tray and paint rolling it on? Any general tips preparing the surface and actually painting it?

This stuff works a treat on white cars with very little effort, got all the stained dirt off my car when I first got it.

I recently fitted a Japspeed and hate it! Way too loud imo, it's the deepness that I think is the problem make my whole car vibrate! It's better with the bung in but not great! Glad I paid very little for it, I was thinking getting a smaller back box made up at a custom place as the rest of the system is spot on, I think it's just the back box. Also had a hks and 5zigen systems in the past and they were both much better very subtle wish I had never sold them!
