  1. Actuator arm is too loose, as soon as its getting pressure its opening up the wastegate making it difficult to build pressure. Shortern the arm and it should sort it out.
  2. He has a big hole in the intercooler pipe where the bov should be? Just block it and dont run a bov, sorted!
  3. Microsoft Security Essentials, if Microsoft can't keep their own shit clean who can! In all seriousness I work in the trade and we use security essentials to clean virus infects machines that have other anti virus program's on that seem to miss things.
  4. You got both JAM and ZEP workshops in that Wiki, not just JAM.
  5. Whats it worth to you? I have all JAM's and Zep's but it would take an age to host and post them! Will this do....... On an unrelataed note did you know JAM made rear brake pads, found this in my pics: Funky!
  6. I think you have a spade connector the wrong way round.
  7. I like that. Nice to see something from the norm!
  8. Steve-O-the-Starlet-Evo had me in big LOL's! Good watch, the lil dude defo caught the bug!
  9. I would like to see more pictures of products your selling and pictures of them in use. Its all good and well posting up all these group buy but half the time I don't even know what they do or why I should be using them so some good explanations exactly whats what and why etc.
  10. Yes they knock like fuck when they dry out, it will be the main bushings on the rear axel that the bar goes through, they need plenty of grease. I have to re apply 6 monthish to keep mine quiet!
  11. Not even a please, good luck with that!
  12. Yeah it's still filthy under the hood from when I did that! Plan over winter now I have a garage is to get under the bonnet as clean as the outside!
  13. Didn't realise this had a bonnet hump always thought it was a S bonnet. Where did you get the bonnet blanker from? It looks a fookin treat!

  16. Wow detailing world has some proper nice garages! I think this has gone from a quick floor paint to winter project garage! Going to do the walls white and get it looking all sweet! Thanks Rob
  17. After moving house about 2 months ago I have finally got the garage in a state ready for the car. Before I start parking it in there I want to paint the concrete floor to make it look better and get rid of the dustiness from the concrete. I have seen this stuff which is the colour I want and has good customer reviews. http://www.diy.com/n...?skuId=11218558 I have never painted a floor before, I am guessing it a case of pouring the paint into a tray and paint rolling it on? Any general tips preparing the surface and actually painting it?
  18. Another 12 months MOT on it! Passed first time which is a first in my whole 5 years of car ownership! All running spot on still.
  19. This stuff works a treat on white cars with very little effort, got all the stained dirt off my car when I first got it.
  20. Its the heat build up caused by the manifold that kills the engine, but ii suppose the heat wouldn't be there if you didnt increase the boost so we are both correct. Long story short dont run a bar on a stock manifold!
  21. Wrong, the restriction in the third runner causes too much heat build up and kills piston 3. 0.8 bar is the trusted boost level on a stock manifold. 1 bar has seen piston 3 melt on plenty of engines due to increased heat build up at 1 bar.
  22. I recently fitted a Japspeed and hate it! Way too loud imo, it's the deepness that I think is the problem make my whole car vibrate! It's better with the bung in but not great! Glad I paid very little for it, I was thinking getting a smaller back box made up at a custom place as the rest of the system is spot on, I think it's just the back box. Also had a hks and 5zigen systems in the past and they were both much better very subtle wish I had never sold them!
