If you need to get into the laptop urgently you can use osk (on screen keyboard), you may also be able to trouble shoot it better when logged on. Click the icon in the bottom left of the logon screen this opens the ease of access centre and then tick type without keyboard, press ok and an on screen keyboard appears which you operate with the mouse. Screen shot so you can see what i mean....

Oh and one more product you could try I've found super useful for cleaning up infections and as a bang on general av product, I use it on all my systems, microsofts own av software: http://windows.micro...rity-essentials Again the malware may block it but i have had some sucess in the past getting this installed whilst infected.

Sounds like malware behaviour to me. You could try running in safe mode, press f8 on startup, you may be able to lauch malwarebytes then. If that dont work it gets a bit more technical so your probably best rebuilding it, or taking it to someone who can clean it up for you. Just for reference a manual DNS setting on your laptop is local only and wont affect any other systems on the network.

Fucker, Also thinking about it, try disabling the wifi and connect to the router direct with a network cable, see how it works on the LAN, if it works fine it would sugest a problem with wifi adaptor, which you could try updated drivers for.

Sounds like a DNS issue with your laptop if your phone works fine. Try clearing the DNS cache first you do this by opening a command prompt and typing "ipconfig /flushdns" See how it runs after that, if its still poor try setting a manual DNS server such as Google's 8.8.8.8 service. Your probably best off googling how to set a manual DNS, i dont know how IT litrate you are so dont know what level to explain at. If its still shagged after that possibly a malware infection......download, update and run this program to check for any infections http://www.malwarebytes.org/ If you are still real

Being contructive here, not critical before I get shot down..... Post preview in quick reply would be super handy?!? The clock is -1 hour, ive changed no preferences, is the default in BST or something? Are there any plans to adjust the way new posts are displayed especially what section of the site they are in. On the old format I could fly through new posts just picking out bits I wanted to see in what section, now I have to read the whole title in full to see where the post is, before i think it listed its location in a colum like last posters are at the moment: e.g. A full page of th

I got sent on a course for doing 42 in a 30. That was in Hull and 42 in a 30 was the fastest you could go and be offered the speed awareness course for a 30 zone. Not sure if it's different per county.

You can put the alarm into service mode, sit in the back seats and adjust the sensors so they go off when you move in the back. You will need to find the service manual for you model. Thinking about it my viper did this in the winter, think its the hot air in the car cooling causin movement in the air and triggering it.

I replaced my passenger side headlamp last week for my cars Mot, came in at 75 quid. I think 98 spec is cheaper and it has a different part number to 96 spec although I cant see whats different. 2 week wait for it from Japan too!

I dunno if it would go on, i never tried because the filter cup didn't fit. I always do my filters hand tight then 3/4 with the cup wrench, sure it says that on side of OEM Toyota filters. Ive still got it if someone wants to buy it off me.
-
Dunno, couldnt try it on the car because the cup wrech didnt fit!
-
HKS filters dont fit the standard Starlet filter cup wrench so I never even fitted mine! They look good and come with little sticker you write the mileage on and stick on the filter, but they dont fit so there useless!

I think this is the best you will get a "stanced" starlet to look. 10 years ago in Japan.........
