Yeah if they weren't needed then turbo companies wouldn't put them there, a lot of non Performance turbos are only oil cooled. Most Performance stuff is water cooled as it's recommended to run the water lines. So I personally would run them. -

Personally would run them if the turbo is meant to be water cooled, especially on something performance related. -
They are a lot better than most trust me lol!

Ah no worries then was going to say that my old Zisco kit and turbo went to string and that might be why the turbo made good power ;) but it's not so ignore me! Also I hated my yellow stuffs!

Should stick to restoring classic cars and not modifying them. All three of the jap cars I've seen them do were all terrible

I have all of the airbox/efi pipe if you need it.

Just the correct one, so the right diameter otherwise you'll be hybridising it. And you'll need to bore out the compressor cover.

You know where I am if you need a hand with the turbo buddy! Also who did you buy the Zisco kit off? Wasn't string was it?

Have a look into kinguawa ones on eBay mate they are very good quality and pretty well priced used them in a few of our hybrids

Decats make a noticeable difference on turbo'd cars!

Does look like the turbo has gone to me mate, shouldn't be that much oil around that part, unless it's from a oil leak that's blowing it onto the turbo.
