I think it's changed I might be wrong, mine were originally bolted to the floor and I had to change it to meet Mot laws but I still have back seats so maybe that's why. I'm pretty sure if it's stripped out and clearly doesn't carry rear passengers than you'll be okay.

Could potentially have a build up of carbon around the piston ring area causing the shaft to be out of balance, or it could have over spun or took impact on the turbine end.

I know I was tired when I wrote that just read it back like DA FUQ? I'm after a proper set of wheels now to replace my fakes and I did quite like these but they aren't in my list of wheels I want so decided not to go for them. They are lovely though

How you going to get round the mot? Seats have to slide back and forth but then again with it being stripped in the back you'll probably get away with it. Low seats are awesome for driving position I love mine.
