  1. Cheers Gents! I've already cleaned her twice since she's been back I'm going to be more than happy to enjoy what the CT9 has to offer for now. 'Enjoyment' and 'reliability' are certainly the words of the moment. Glad you enjoyed the run in her dude, don't forget Jay is a demon once he gets into an EP and I can see he really knows how to use 'THOSE' brakes lol!! 5. The EP returned home today with the keys handed back after an extended Costa visit Big Thanks of epic proportions to Jay's Garage for 'boosting' the whole project and sorting out the engineers inspection this morning. Insurance are on the case and hopefully I'll be driving this legally tomorrow Meister R's are on and the whole car is tidied up with a few wee bits such as new steering wheel. plates etc. Will give her a polish then post some fresh pics. The Rays ideally need a refurb but they can wait, too much catching up to do. Plans for now are to get used to 0.7bar boost and then turn h

  8. Car looks great on the Meisters Dan I've just had mine fitted as well and they are awesome! Easily the best setup available in terms of cost and features. If its any consolation I also passed on my 2nd attempt. Its not til October but keep up the momentum and be ready for anything by polishing up your skills. That also includes awareness (like your emergency stop) and observation (mirrors) and you could very well finish the test with a manoeveur e.g reverse park. Could you please pm me what part numbers you used for your clear front indicator units and how much they were? Its just mine need

  20. Gold flake eh I'd go for a uniquely coloured bay seeing as you have access to all that paint Joel bro. The right sceme will look the part. Pretty sure you will find some inspiration for it. 22. The engine you use WILL last as long as its 'rebuilt' as much as possible and that it is not damaged in the first place. An engine builder will tell you what needs to be done after a full inspection. Rebuilding and refreshing costs a fair amount which I've had done with my engine which included: - Cylinder head tested, skimmed, port matched and chemically cleaned. - Engine block tested, skimmed, bores rehoned and chemically cleaned. - Three angle valve grind (to reseat valves) - Crank polished - Intake ports port matched - New Toyota oil pump - New Toyota piston ring set - New ACL bearings -
  23. Keep us posted mate and have fun learning. Thats what its all about Definitely all the best with your build. Joz
