that's were the ABS unit goes. you will have a lot of space because you dont have power steering either. the lighter the better

that is over kill, i have heard some starlet have idle problem when they have very large injectors. for 1.4 on a td04 i think you only would need no bigger than 440's and that would go up to 1.6 bar as well if you like.

Where I've Gone Since The Starlet...

these M3's are great value for money now. cant get much better all round car for the money. trust me they can take a lot of abuse. the grip in the dry make you think you driving a four wheel drive. has one of the best paddle shift from that time as well. good choice and goodluck with it. -

^^ i have used both and stuck with TRD. I reckon that the powerflex poly bushes are too stiff for road use and i would only use if car was a track weapon. for general road I reckon TRD mounts are the way to go, bit stiffer than OEM but not too stiff, a nice upgrade. others say the polybush mounts are fine, find someone who has them and you will notice the difference in vibration.- 1322 replies

very easy to remove the powersteering, the fluid in and return are right next to each other so all you have to do it loop them. but if you do remove then leave some fluid in there, helps for lubrication. i am used to no powersteering so dont find it that heavy, but others dont like it. parking is when its heaviest and driving corning hard it gets heavy, but this gives you better feel. your problem sounds like a loose belt, screeching is normally a sign of it loose.

how much oil does a gearbox hold?
5T4R7ET N/A replied to mattyD's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
didnt realise that glanza gearbox's are so different in terms of holding gearbox oil. i thought they were the same as most of the other gearbox's like gt, paseo and uk spec starlets. -
5efe and 4efte have the same ratio's. 4efe have shorter ratio's could give better acceleration. value for money would be the either 4efe or 5efe because 4efte go for a lot more monies. 4efe & 5efe good condition 50-80 4efte good condition 120-200 i have a very good conidtion 4efe gearbox, if your interested PM me.

The main thing is that you and your passengers are alright. those lamposts are solid, could have been a lot worse. how did it happen? any other cars involved?

how much oil does a gearbox hold?

you will need 2.5-2.8 litres, so yeah you have to buy three -
best way is cold, less likely to damage anything.

is that true? thought lambda sensor was used for fueling.
-
you will need suspension geometry setup. tracking is part of the setup so you wont need to do it seperatley. costs 90+vat round here.

I thought I'd done a decent lap of the 'ring in GT5...
5T4R7ET N/A replied to Keri-WMS's topic in Games, Tech & Gadgets
that thing goes just as fast on tarmac as grass but that's a impressive lap, you kept to the tarmac -
it wont give you a wideband AFR reading, but its strongly reccomended that you get a wideband to aid setup.

What SHOULD a td04 compressor wheel look like?
5T4R7ET N/A replied to aaddzz123's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
3-4mm is too much play. if there is any it only should be 1-2mm. SEND IT BACK & get one off scooby.net. -
hypotenuse calculator http://easycalculation.com/trigonometry/triangle-angles.php pythagoras calculater http://www.carbidedepot.com/formulas-trigright.asp just gotta know where to put the data in. Can u give us any more info??

to get remap you will need a piggy back ecu (greddy emanage) or a standalone (Apexi). 138bhp at the wheels sounds okay for the mods, but depends on the boost your running.

Hahaha, just down the road from me. Good find!

I have got the same one, but i also got the Ultrasonic sensors and the bonnet pin switch. but my car is very basic, no central locking or electric windows so its a easy install. ultrasonics are around £30, but dont know cost of the bonnet sensor. the ultrasonics are very important as they detect any movement within the cabin and very easy to install, you can adjust sensitivity on them as well. would highly reccomend them. if you have front bumper for FMIC i would also say get the bonnet pin switch. your bonnet latch is more exposed. PM me if you need help with the install.

Would this be because i have a Toyosport decat pipe with no Oxygen Sensor ?? you dont have a oxygen sensor? they are essential on the fueling for your engine put it back in ASAP.
