Gotta disagree^ Had the same one on both my N/As picked up a fair few bits and pieces the first oil change then very little/none after that.....reuse the old toyota washer and not the metal one that comes with them and as with anything aluminium dont overtighten it and it will give you years of service...deffo a good mod for the price Any toyota one will fit mr2/celica etc

im considering one of these, whats the mpg like? cost to fill the tank?
-

-
cheers ill give them a go, i go the market to get fish so ill see what theyve got in
-
looks good, you going to get a crash bar welded in? bet it drives like shit without one
-
weetabix doesnt fill me up for shit....3 pieces with a cut up banana/strawberrys will last me about an hour, porridge is where its at.... what fish dishes do you have? fish is alot quicker to cook so id like to add more to my diet.....any particular fish? ive been advised to eat the top feeders to get better quality nutrients, any truth in that?

up to you, if you want to go the extra bit have water.......id use milk to get some extra carbs/fats/protein in there in the morning to set you up for the day.....i use the green topped milk....red if you want to go balls to wall (i hate it)
-
plenty of water, youll hate it at first but stick too it....keep a bottle handy and have a swig more protein rich foods....slow digesting carbs (oats/wholemeal bread instead of white)....plenty of fruit when u get cravings (bananas/apples or anything you fancy)...get small packets of un salted peanuts/cashew nuts/ or a mix (a small packet to control the portion size).....cut out the smoking as much as you can too....get healthy subways..say a 6" wheat bread no cheese...chicken teryaki all the salad and no sauce or one line of whatever you fancy carbs=moobs + gut
-
nope N/A`s dont have a airbag light so youll be fine...just the horn to worry about
-
Ku31 from personal experience, really fucked off they discontinued my size but its awesome tyre! (ive gone thru 6 tyres so far) Apart from that id also recommend trying the rainsports just on the shear amount of good reviews they get
-
Yup, it hit 107 and i have no reason to believe it wouldnt go up to 110, my N/A is fully loaded with very little done to reduce weight Theres very little in it 110 vs 119 vs 117, i just cant justify spending the money on a exhaust set up so havent done so
-
ive only seen one on here with the said item.... edit: make that three cars pictured with the said item
-
i change up when i can do 10 on the first set 8-10 on the second and 8 on the third....everyone does things differently i dont do more than 8-10 reps on upper body and no less than 15 on legs

Bloody hell, its been a long time!! need to put some new pictures up since my last update, ive put 11k on the car and its had the following - new drop links + poly bushes - ALK - rear wheel bearing - new discs and EBC redstuff pads - philips 100% bulbs - raised the front a tad to even the headlight aim its eaten the front two tyres to the limit nicely, covered say 11k which isnt bad considering the way i drive..ordering some KH31`s soon to follow - RARB - braided lines - front tyres ive purchased something special for it too will update when its here.....very rare optional extra....anyone hazard a guess?

track rods lower ball joints and thats it, never heard of a inner track rod being needed unless the track rod is meare impossible to get off

just watch your carbs mate, selective exercises dont work for fat loss i.e train abs to loose the gut......your body decides that...have a good clean diet and drink plenty of water get to the gym if you can and start a good work out plan...working different muscles each day
-
5 days a week use impact whey protein from my protein and Beast creature creatine (cycled).....been at it a good solid 5months now noticing the gains, i used to be a slow15 stone fat fuck so its a slow process changing fat>muscle but ive come a very long way my thinkings changed alot as to what kind of foods i eat...dont touch fizzy drinks anymore water 99% of the time im also at uni so its hard to get good regular meals so i get chicken subways, healthest/thinnest pizzas with loads of chicken...eat the best i can get and cook when i cant be arsed...
-
you had the car on a dyno? ^
-
no, it needs a few bolt holes + idle control valve port blocking off
-
Yeah its still here, manchester...travel to sunderland weekly so could meet somewhere for a small cost
-
i was looking to get this one ages one but went a different route.....deffo get a branded one not any of the el-cheapo ones />http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pioneer-TS-WX110A-Underseat-Compact-Active-Subwoofer-/350495553343?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item519b29b73f />http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kenwood-KSC-SW01-powered-underseat-car-subwoofer-/250888899861?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item3a6a24cd15

sweet build mate, best colour imo.....how did the bottom end go?
-
deffo a glanza inlet with the standard 45mm throttle body and standard air intake + K+N panel for me....nice torque and good top-end (107mph proven on track...imo 110 is where it would top out doesnt have the guts to use the extra 1k revs) as for the exhaust manifold, looking at ryan langs/robs cars neither got gains on the dyno when adding the obx/diy 4-2-1 manifolds iirc...i dont think having a decat helped anyone either...both didnt have any management so mabe this was key? the only "tuned" N/A on here is enzos which has the highest bhp 4e-fe to begin with anyway so adds in different variables (higher rev mainly)....that has a jap spec fujitsubo manifold iirc and is beast the only real experience i have is, i drove mine without a backbox for a couple of days and the torque just wasnt there for me.....hated it...rev`ed free-er tho but that was it...this put me off from getting anything done to the exhaust my advice would be 1) leave the exhaust manifold alone and concentrate on the intake...till someone has dyno proven results......or 2) be a game changer and find out what works with before and after dyno results messing around with fueling etc etc

any interest in custom recaro/bride rails for ep91/82
Asad replied to mattyD's topic in Interior & ICE
i`d be interested, tbh youd just have to make sure the welds have good penetration/the metal used is adequate aswell as the seat belt buckle being solid....how you`d test a seat rail is beyond me lol -
