you will need a decent fuel setup. so at a minimum thats a uprated fuel pump, bigger injectors (330s or bigger, depending on what power youre after) rrfpr and a piggyback. if you got the money get a stand alone unit. you may aswell get a fmic while youre at it. and depending on how much boost youre running id suggest some forged pistons. then a good tune. thatll all cost you 1500-2000 quid.

if you have ceramic blades in the tubby then there is a "small" chance you might have soem issues. if you have steel blades. then its save. i do not believe that air at poxy pressures can bend and shag metal to the point where the turbo would suffer. ive ran with turbos and no bov for a while, with no issues.
yeah, the shorter the intake piping the noisier the chatter is. but itll cunt up your boost if you take it up a bit. in the cold it creeps up quite a bit if you havnt got a leccy controller looknig after it.
nope, the bumper are a piece of piss to put on. idrees is just a noob 98 bumper i think is 7 bolts/screws and it just pops off. bolts are all the same place as the 96 bumper. they are completely interchangable.
