John, few ideas for you while your waiting on stuff to arrive! 1, Paint the PAS Pump (Black or Silver Hammerite) (Brush on) 2, Get rid of the old vaccum line pipe from behind the pump (you have to take PAS pump off to do this) 3, Clean & Paint the block, brush on, dont spray, as it'll flake off! Wire Wool & Wire Brush will help u clean the above areas easily! Looking forward to the weekend now if it arrives matey, gonna look seriously sweet!

depends on so many things... certain tracks are faster then others... Castle Combe for example is a fast track... Depends whats closest to you really!

rings usually wear at the same rate tbh matey! More then likely damage.... headgasket, cracked pistons or rings, bent valves, valve seats... etc
