i might be on track... but ill be on a completely untested car with a barely run in engine so i wont be thrashing it... ontop of that will be my first time on track so...

there only floors ive seen: on ep82 they rattle on rear beam if the car is lowered excessivly... both ep91 & ep82 versions are 2.25 and then half way down (after the central silencer, go to 2.5".. But they will flow 200bhp+ no problems!

same shape and desighn buddy. but reflet clusters have red backs and silver strips.... the 98spec ones have all different colors... looks alot cleaner now!

there the dogs... however my bbm is going bing bing bing all the time now! lol so turned the sound off the alerts! its a reet chat room!

altho messy... oil is quite a good substance... it wont damage anything i wouldnt have thought... just get lots of Gunk Foam Action Degreaser or Autoglym Engine & Machine Cleaner and brush it in, then wash off with hose or pressure washer

give roose motorsport a ring Jon! They will custom make u a hose to fit your d/v on properly

refurbed the foglights too, with same treatment part way thru, with only 1 part done: Awaiting stuff to arrive via post!

Right, ive finished one light and im very impressed with the results! Cost me in all about 3quid in paper and polish.. Got a reet sweat on tho picture really doesnt do it justice.... i gave them a regular polish throughout summer, they were a bit better, but this has truely transformed them! There so smooth! I did 600, 800, 1000, 1200 wet n dry, then meguiars ultimate compound.... they look like NEW! infact.... im gonna do the foglights too! ive just decided lol!

Few Small Updates: I set to work on my intercooler core... These things always get battered by flies, stones, road shit... and after a abuse all last summer it needs some attention! What she looked like: so after hours of straightening fins with a knife, cleaning, polishing. etc not perfect but alot better ;) Also... Bumpers Home ;) Polished part of the wings and its like a perfect paint match and finally, ive started to refurb my headlights... my glanza was suffering from the typical glazed rough surface from 10years of shite.... But ive been sanding down smooth and its coming on quite good, there uber smooth now! Started with 400 grit and then 600 grit wet n dry... and there now smooth as hell, but i need to keep increasing to get rid of the cloud but i reckon i can get them looking like new ;) Also ordered brand new reflect rear clusters too, and shipped my old ones off to LukeSR! Should have my engine back next week according to Ricky@Race-Tech so watch this space! More to come people!

oil catch tank is wise... these engines breath havily at high boost and spit oil out a normal breather so saves the mess! and a boost controller is a very good idea to try n help with boost creep!
