It'll deffo come up nicely, if you can sand it first! 1500 wet and dry, 2500, 3000 or something along those lines done wet. Then hit it up with a cutting pad and heavy cutting compound, do one or two passes over the whole thing working it in for a few mins each time then polishing off. Follow that up with a medium pad and finishing polish until it's really shiny and that should certainly do a good job! An intensive job but worth it when done!
