Any pcv valve will work, I welded a fitting to the cam cover and used an inline pcv valve for a daewoo. Something like this would do: http://www.ebay.co.u...=item519d683d66 As you say it is much cheaper than a 30 quid one from toyota!

Yup probably the best bet, you can probably just pull the cable from there to unlatch the bonnet too then put the plastic bit back in after.

I had this problem before, the cable sits in a bracket with a small plastic bit and can come out. You should be able to get at it through the grill it's fiddly but just try.

Yes. They're a seperated decat so wastegate and turbone side exhausts are seperated and they're made from pretty thick mild steel. The road runner stock replacement exhaust manifolds were among the best too.

No but it will be on yours as you don't have a pcv or one way valve inline before the tank. It's not really a problem as 1 bar ish isn't going to blow it up! Oherwise it's setup ok.

Better tyres and good throttle control, but at this time of the year there is no grip on the roads anyway. I've been runnning 1 bar for 4 years maybe so yeah it's fine -aslong as it's setup properly.

Tbh when up at that power I would go for more than just discs and pads so you can properly make use of the power - otherwise the straights are too short, on proper roads at least. ;)

Got to agree here, the wheels you have suit it perfectly. Don't put them cream things on! Also don't fit that FAKE type s either, guaranteed that's a dodgy lithuania ebay one.

Definately get rid of the D2's and stick on a set of Meister's. The rest of your list is fine, although you may not need the front arb as it does make the front end a little twitchy I find - I have everything on your list suspension wise and mine does handle very nicely, I also drive some good but not smooth b roads most of the time. Also there is no way you can set up the coilovers yourself unless you have the alignment equipment, go for a little bit of negative camber (I run 1.2 but gonna bring it down to 1deg as it likes to tramline and follow the camber of the roads a lot) maximum castor possible (adjust the antilift kit out fully) and neutral toe. It makes for a fun car with that setup. LSD is what I really need now too as I spin up an inside wheel occasionally. EDIT: Add a lower arm brace to the list too, they're awesome for taking out rabbits on the b roads. Plus they tighten up the front end nicely too. ;)
