  1. It's one from hong kong, a random snow plough kit. EDIT: I was going to be helpful and post a pic of the whole kit fitted but can't find it! Anyway it was a seller on ebay that made the full kit, it wasn't a nice one imo.
  2. It shouldn't really effect the bush, it'll only be 10mm or so (judging by the thickness of the ring/sleeve) to take off the diameter of the bush across the whole length. I would rather that than have only that small area of the rear beam acting on the poly bush and also the beam could potentially slide across the bush as the lip on the one side of the bush is not located on anything. I think I'll definately be getting mine machined down when I get them.
  3. It's probably one of the Tegiwa ones and not a genuine cusco one too.
  4. Ryan just to be clear on this, have you removedthe ring shown in this photo?: And now just have the poly bush there? I really wouldn't be keen on that, especially if the bush is split down the middle as that is where all the stress will be concentrated so it would try to push the two parts of the bush apart. I'm getting these soon, it sounds like the best thing for the glanza would be to turn the poly bush down a bit so it fits in the metal ring as Si said?
  5. I've got one too, it is a bit bitey at times when pulling away and mine hates reversing. It helps when you heel and toe on the downshifts as it can judder otherwise. However that all may be down to the fact that my flywheel needs a skim as I changed the friction plate but only cleaned the flywheel up a little rathe than machining it.
  6. It may just be that the pedal itself needs adjusted, I had to do this when I fitted my Blitz clutch. It's just a simple case of adjusting at the pedal - one luck nut to undo then raise or lower the engage point by adjusting the threaded rod.
  7. There's a few guys on here with them on a glanza but they're not necesarily quite a perfect fit. Have a search on here and you should find some info...
  8. Look ok but not enough power in standard form - turbo'd would be a drifterent story.
  9. Watanabe are about as "JDM" as you can get... they're basically standard issue for AE86's.
  10. I just randomly found and watched this again... I can't help but piss myself at it - Sound is needed also!!!
  11. Just get a generic one off ebay, only £25.
  12. My old man used to have a rhd integrale, not an evo but was still good.... when it wasn't broken down!
  13. As above, will be good once it's uncluttered a bit! Also a Rays Engineering sticker and Rota wheels??? - fail
  14. Nope. I would reckon it's most likely a vacuum leak somewhere, is all the intercooler piping ok. Can you hear the turbo spooling at all?
  15. Yeah that might be why mine is ok. If you don't have the alk though spacers on the actual arb brackets could be the solution.
  16. You only do the top one's, the bottom one's are there so the calipers can be mounted on either side of the car. The midilite callipers (don't know what yours are) have two piece bleed nipples as standard so the part which thread into the caliper body should be very tight and not leak then you bleed the smaller one threaded into it - also they use imperial size bolts, so a 1/4" ring spanner for the nipples will be handy.
  17. Some people have had issues with the whiteline front arb knocking on the lower arms where they pivot I think so the plates may be to give a bit of clearance. I don't have the plates on mine and have no issues.
  18. You can't check the level as such (on the manual boxes), when filling there is a plug you take out on the side and when the oil starts coming out there then it's full but obviously if you just pull that plug out now and no oil comes out you won't know the actual level.
  19. Take the discs off and do the same as you would at the front! Some of the hubcentric spacers have studs fitted to the actual spacer and the original wheel studs are just used to bolt on the spacer.
  20. Get the ignition and injector harnesses for the blue also, that will give your tuner more adjustment and you a better map.
  21. Well that depends if you're comparing the same size wheels! You get 15's that weigh 3.5kg each.... Also do you not mean CE28's???
