  1. First year of uni is pointless all your meant to do is get pissed, stoned and laid... every night. Enjoy your first year and don't worry about it, the real work starts later.
  2. They don't fit anywhere near the steering wheel they screw onto the gearbox where the speedo cable connects, also you can get them cheaper and no doubt much quicker off ebay.
  3. Cheers mate, it was plasticote stuff and its meant to be heat resistant, just 3 coats but prepped well. It still looks the same as when I fitted it so its lasting fine.
  4. Mine the other day: It was worse but the rain cleaned it a bit and also gave it the stylish zebra stripes down the side.
  5. Yeah its Toby's old one, he didn't manage to sell it then either because he put a turbo lump in it after.
  6. Its the same as the "lambo doored banana split" posted a few posts above.
  7. Looks good mate some similar bits to mine, love the max power breather filter! One thing though, why have you heat wrapped the intercooler piping from the turbo? The heat keeps the heat in the material rather than out of it, you should use reflective tape to keep the heat out of it. I want to see the next stages of this and the other donor glanza.
  8. Nice find and a good read. Its shocking how good a copy the tein springs are, at least most things are listed as being greddy "style" but those teins are a shocking rip off. You see so many cars with those oil caps too, hardly anyone has the real TRD one's.
  9. Expensive nuts! Ok I'll take the gasket and 4 nuts please. You should have the money via paypal....
  10. Hi mate, can you price up the exhaust to turbo gasket, think the part no. is T17278-11031 and also the price for the manifold nuts - 90179 10096. I definately want the gasket and a few nuts depending on the price - tight arse! Cheers mate.
  11. If your not planning on incresing the power anymore then a standard one will be fine, if you are then an exedy organic or a cap paddle clutch would be a good beat as their not too expensive but will hold a decent bit of power without giving an aggressive bite or judder etc.
  12. I think its a 15amp, but its definately blue so whatever that is. Its a spade type.
  13. Its one of the ones under the steering wheel, a blue one. Easy to check them and find it.
  14. Nice choice, probably what I'd like to move onto aswell. Also that swirl effect for blaning the no. plate doesnt exactly work! Have you changed nationalities too?
  15. Cheers guys, I am rather fond of the new gauges, nice and subtle but sexy.
  16. Mate, you haven't seen the state of them, so many people were complaining that it was dangerous the police actually put a slow sign out. Its not just a little bit of dirt I'm on about, its the sort that you come round a blind corner over 20mph and end up in a ditch sort of mud because there's no grip. I'm hardly gonna moan about a little bit of dirt on the roads, I have lived and driven on back roads since I started driving so I am used to it.
  17. I'll head back to crail once the weathers better, I've been there once but when the car still had an exedy 35% uprated clutch and it just slipped and managed an awesome 16.1 pass! Knockhill will be my track of choice once the cars ready for it, I've driven round there before (at an experience day) and its a good track, challenging but fun.
  18. No its just the mud being dragged onto the roads from the tractors coming in and out the fields all day, then they don't do anything to clean it up so you just have to slide over it. There the occasional tattie that gets disected by my lower arm bar too though...
  19. Not yet I haven't, it still needs a few more chassis bits and the brakes improving then it will be ready for some track action.
  20. Whats really pissing me off is the tatties being harvested just now, the roads are a fecking joke around me. They are actually seriously dangerous with the amount of mud on them and the farmers aren't even bothered to put up signs, plus my car is rediculously filthy.
  21. Here's some more interior shots just cause I'm loving the way it looks now....
  22. I took my cat to a garage and got them to remove both sensors for 10quid, mine were absolutely solid and had to be heated with a blow torch for ages before they budged.
  23. I agree, mine looks stupid! The size before was much better imo.
  24. A huge avatar and small sig looks stupid, I only just got mine working too! I'm not fussed either way though, its not like you need either to tell who someone is.
