Is that a JAM manifold i can see there? I want haha I was so close to buying this at one point but needed to sell my toyota Caldina GT first and by the time i sold it this had already gone It looks alot better now though then what it did good work dude

It could be the fact that the gap on the plugs is to small there for not burning the fuel qucik enough in the combustion chamber due to the small spark!!! If you make the gap big enough you get a bigger spark!!! But dont quote me on that though im just going off what it could be!!!

Mine only spat flames when comeing off the throttle!!! Yours shouldnt be sotting flames out why you are accellerating!!!!Something must be rong but im unsure what!

When i was running the JAM ecu it used to shot the odd flame out thats normal mate lol And if your car is runnig normal and you are happy with it then dont mess about with it keep the plug gap as they are as long as the gaps are all the same leave them Also not sure if its the same for you but every JAM ecu i have had on my car it will idle at 950rpm then if i left it tick over for a few mins it would idle to 1000rpm! At first i thought i had a sensor problem (ICV) etc but it was only when i put the stock ECU back in it never done it! But soon as i put the JAM ecu back iin was doing the same thing! And its done it on 2 different JAM ecus so im gessing its just the map on them

Im almost sure this box used to belong to a lad called Nitrouscat he sold the box to a lad in Malta funny enough!!! And think it cost nitrouscat over 4k to get the box built..And it says it was built by a UK company so it could possiblly be his old gearbox!!!

Bought a JAM Style Closed scoop off this chap Scoop fits bang on, looks very good quality im over the moon with it Was very easy to deal with always replied to my PM's!!! See i did think this too You would of thought they would be able to considering its says on the KS Rom'S website its capable of over .1.2bar running a TD04 if i remember rightly! How true that is i do not know!!!
