  4. Yeah dude could fine well be the turbin piston ring end that is warn allowing oil to bypass into the exhaust!

  9. Id say your leads are braking down! the power band is somewere near the 5k mark and it will send a different voltage through the leads and cant take that voltage! Try a different set of leads if you have any spare and go from there Orr as said above it could be the gap on your plugs didnt read what you written probly as comptuer was takeing for years to load lol

Sorry i put that rong its bleeding but because theres loads of play on the fork that meets the slave cyl its not pushing the slave cyl fully in!..So when we are opening the nipple and pressing the cluch bettle nothting happing because the stock thrust bearing isnt getting pushed against the pressure plate as its to sort! (needs spaceing out) if you get me? the blitz thrust bearings are much wider then a stock bearing!
  11. I was helping him bleed the cluch guys but we had no joy and my thoughts where right from the start why it wouldnt bleed! Because Phil was told the stock thrust bearing would be ok to use on the blitz active cluch when infact its not hence him haveing trubble bleeding the system and it not going into gear!!!!..So gearbox has to come back off the joys of cars hey lol Thanks for your help anyways guys
  12. Have you tried tightening it by the hand brake its self in side the car? if you lift the plastic cover off there should be a 10mm bolt screw that down (make sure the hand brake is down why you do this ) dont go bad though just bits at a time and that should sort it out!!!

  14. Winter project? Stick at it matey you wont be disappointed when shes in runnig form!!! Better stronger faster as they say its just a bitch because the money you spent on the HG etc could of gone towards an new engine or something instead!!!

The bar that go's through the seat it will be that mate it wont be hitting the other catching on the other side there for not allowing you to tilt it forwards!!! theres little prongs either side of the bar and if they arent slotted in the grooves it wont tilt you will see what i m ean when you take it apart!!! keep the seat in the car though i foiund it much easyer to work on just take what i think is 2 12mm bolts off each side and your away!

No harm in trying a new sensor if you have one spare And yeah id also check the compression! if thats turns out to be ok (and i hope it dose) and you put a new temp sensor in and thats fixes that problem! If its struggling to start then maybe timeing is out? I know im going into depth abit here but you have to try and look at all aspects i suppose
  21. Have you checked the compresson since you done the head gasket?
  22. Hmm so its only going up abit? abit more when your sat still im gessing? and soon as you drive it go's down? Just i though my temp sensor was on its way as i was haveing the same problem with it idleing above 1000rpm! But rather then paying 70pound for a new one from toyota i thought i go for the cheapest thing first and that was the thermostat! So got my self a new thermo and why i was there i took the temp sensor out give it a clean with some Brasso put it all together and sure enough my temp gauge was just under half way again also my car warms up much quicker!!! must of been stook open allowing water to bypass constantly! You might have the same problem!!! also you might have another problem somewhere elss thats making the oil light flicker so get one job done first then look for the other
  23. Yeah you can only try i suppose What your temp like on the gauge Ryan? if the temp sensor had gone it wouldnt go above the C and your revs/choke would be on makeing it rev over 1200rpm. Also the oil light wouldnt flicker if the coolent temp had gone!
  24. Oil pressure switch/lead going to it? The only bit i dont realy get is the revs going realy low one min then high the next!!!
