Problem all sorted now, nice heat coming out of all vents, just needed a good flush

fan switch is located on the thermostat housing, temp wire is on the 3 pin plug also on the thermostat housing, check these are connected and also recheck your engine earths, maybe a dodgy thermostat aswell, just give the cooling system a once over

seen one in the scrappy on a import ep91, went back to get it and the car had been scrapped

very little heat output through the vents, Did remove dash and checked all motors and they were all working fine, cleaned the 20 year old dust while i was at it and also cleaned the matrix out and checked for visual leaks. My ep91 n/a gives alot of heat out on hot but the ep 82 doesnt. replaced thermostat to see if that helps but no luck temperature of engine is normal this ep has climate control

Have a ep91 rear axle with abs/ abs sensors are till attached

dont even have a boost gauge (yet) , so dont know if i am getting boost creep lol was told to get a hks actuator did you set the preload on the actuator ?

it does fit, I changed the complete dash over, you may need the support bar but it def does fit
