The number i have is the same as the one micky put up above, I have bought off clarky (tony if i remember right) I bought my 6 speed box off him and since the panic over him ripping people off he has been on and assured people that he is a genuine seller and had some problems with his health hindering him from posting stuff off to buyers (please speek up if I'm wrong) But as chesh says no issues up to date.

It wouldn't misfire with a leaking intercooler pipe could well be HT leads the have a tendency to fail and cause the above problem but do you have a fcd and fueling mods for running 1bar as if your hitting fuel cut as soon as you plant your foot could be the misfire/popping and no power too

have you got a boost gauge if so whats it reading if not WHY NOT its the most important thing when youve started to tune ya car!

they have a softer corse coating on the ebc pads to aid bed-in its normal I've had mine on a few months now and i get very little dust now i seem to get more on the rear as there standard.

Yeh as above the fact the crack has come up on runner 3 which is were the restiction is, shows its being super stressed that the first time i've seen one of the standard manifolds crack that bad!! Turn down the boost mate asap. I'm selling a well ported and polished (for strength) standard manifold which has been bead blasted ATM check out my posts I'm running one at 1bar with no problems what so ever you will notice a difference once that restiction has been removed and running 1bar.

i had this problem it was the vac line it need to be plumbed up to the fuel pressure reg vac line and make sure its not being pinched anywhere or it wont work I've had mine in for 6month with no problem at all

Starlet don't have a mass air flow sensor they use a map sensor to read air flow it's a little black box onthe bulkhead drivers side and a 4mm tube coming out the bottom of it, it will be mounted higher than the manifold to reduce contaminates from getting inside it like oil it also has a small inline filter in the tube

Starlet don't have an air flow meter, the n/a has a temp sensor near the air box but it's bolted in to the manifold on the turbo, starlets measure air from the map sensor which is a little black box on the bulk head on the drivers side it has a 4mm tube going to it and it will be mounted higher than the manifold in the 4mm tube it will have a small inline filter about 3-4 inches below the map sensor.

I have the same intercooler kit as you mate i just took the pipe off, ruffed the end up with some sand paper and it not popped off since just give it a good clean before you put it back on
