yeh the part number above is for the lower seal on the injector but there are 2 on the upper side too the very top seals injector rail to the injector and the two others are anti vibration/dust seals

@ bildo not sure how it is during the day I've only had em in since last night but will comment later when I've taken it out but the faces are not mirror polished there shiney but more like a satin finish to them so can't Imagin them reflecting much light back at me when it's sunny. @ nastyrash oh yeh you know it mate tried finding you last night so you could hold the camera so it wasn't upside down but you must have been hiding from claire lol.

Even without the Leds thes dials are super stylie. I really get that built not bought feeling now and as I say everything lines up perfect I was very suprised how perfect they line up, you have some skills mate. Oh yeh forgot to mention they come packed with the thickest bit of card board that's almost like wood so they don't get damaged in transit there really has been no expence spared on this kit.

they are bright they need resisting to dim em down a bit but they look cool as fuck bet people think WTF when my face lights up blue and the chatter!!!! lol the leds were well easy to fit so was the faces took about 1.5-2 hours max to do it all

Yeh Vid is upside down because the screen mount i have is not very adjustable so to get a good veiw of the dash it needed to be upside down and yeh i'm thinking of putting a resistor inline with the leds the light the whole inside of the car up when it comes on boost lol

Well I paid on sat night and got these on Tuesday (today) thay are really easy to fit and the quality is....... wow wow wow I've just had a sex wee thinking about them. while i was at it i added some LEDs and they finish the faces off as i've replaced the green leds for the boost to clear ones and changed the colours have a look at the video! I also painted my needels red! Anyway let the pictures and videos talk for them self: by the way I'm the FIRST in the world to have these fitted to my Glanza ;) I'm well chuffed can you tell.

well if your boosting to .9 bar on stock ecu with no fcd or fueling mods I'd try to find out why its over boosting maybe a split pipe, I think around .62ish bar (9psi) is stock boost on high .42ish bar (6psi) on low if you still have the restiction plumbed in. You can take it up to .83 bar without hitting fuel cut but you have to consider boost creap too, so I would set it at 10psi Max untill you have suporting mods.

Anything that out of a starlet ep82 will fit other wise you will need to cut the brakets off the original seats and weld them on to ya new ones ep82 seat fit a ep91 withnot much modding not sure about the other way though

looking at the boost graph your boosting at .9 bar to start, which is your cough and fart (fuel cut) then because its a standard actuator which are shit, the boost is dieing off going back under fuel cut level and then power seems to rise as boost drops off which is strange!

as mickyboy said are you 100% sure its not a JAM actuator as they look identical to the standard actuator but boost to 1bar which is what the JAM ecu is fueling for? If you have put the standard ecu on and are hitting fuel cut all the time can cause just as much damage as running lean!!

Do u have a BOV on there to? sound like it. Take the vac pipe off it and block it off with a screw in the pipe and it will be mucho better! lol CHATTER FTW!!!!!

I've just unplugged mine it it make no difference what so ever to th idle My bro inlaw has compleatly taken it off and binned it and it made no difference to the idle what does make a difference is if you adjust the idle screw and if you put your fingers over the holes inside the throttle body, i dont care what people are saying it is on tgtt there wrong to. It is 100% not the ICV, will even get a vid of My car running and disconnect it and plug it back it if you want if you unscrew it off the throttle body and put your hand over the hole get someone to start ya car it will idle as normal try it, please try it just to prove me wrong!!!!

the oil filter is sat just under the power streering pump easy to get to from under the car. It wont be on overly tight.

there should be a black rubber pipe on that connected to the recirc valve if its not attached it will whistle.
